Really nice place, great for kids and adults. We arrived too late for the sushi, but had the fish tacos, the chicken sandwich and the cod and they were good. The cod had a bit too much breadcrumbs on top, and lacked a bit of seasoning if you take a bit with no crumbs. The taco was good, had a good sauce. Chicken sandwich was the best out of all. Would return to try the sushi.

Amazing food and nice view of the waters. Definitely a gem in Fall River. I wasn’t feeling heavy food that day so I went with the fish tacos and loved it. We also had the chicken wing appetizer and it’s very good !

I visited Barrett’s twice & enjoyed myself. The food was good! I had the Riv Nachos (very generous portion), Brown Sugar Cajun wings, Chicken Mozi Eggrolls, & Sidewinder fries. The Mixed Berry Nojito mocktail is delicious! The two servers, Tiffany & Laura, are extremely attentive & kind Musical Bingo was fun! Very nice atmosphere!

We enjoyed the dirty tater tots, brisket & Gouda sandwich and the tortellini alla vodka with chicken. Our server Jill was attentive and sitting outside on the deck is always a treat! We continue to visit to enjoy Barrett’s. Only downside was my cocktail, the watermelon cucumber cooler. It was all syrup and sugar but no vodka. Will not order again.

I flew in from California to visit my parents, and came here to have dinner with my family & some friends. We originally wanted to go to a different restaurant, but they weren’t able to take our party. So we came here instead and we had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, the drinks were on point, and our waitress was amazing. Shout out to Olivia! She was the best and we all loved her. I will definitely be coming back the next time I visit.

The weather was perfect sun was shining the breeze was nice so I sat outside.
I had a strawberry lemon drop to start 10/10.
For appetizers, I had the lobster rangoon 10/10.
for entree I had their special waterfront steak bowl, I give it a 8/10. Just didnt like the sausage and barbecue sauce on it.
..and of course I had the Espresso Martini flight which had 3 Oz martinis chocolate, Carmel and smores all were delicious 10/10.
Strive was top-notch
overall my experience was 9/10.

Barrett’s Waterfront is a restaurant with a sports bar vibe. In the spectrum of restaurants I would place it firmly in upper middle class. They have a strong and ever changing menu of thoughtfully designed dishes. They also have a well stocked bar.
I should point out that the cost per person for us on this visit included drinks, an appetizer and the main meal.
I got the Pan Seared Seafood Cakes which are quite literally stuffed with crab, shrimp, scallops and . Every bite was heavenly. While this dish appears small it is quite filling and satisfying.
My wife got the Seafood Oreganata which has baked sea scallops and shrimp. It was also excellent.
This place also has an outdoor deck for the warmer months which overlooks the Taunton River.
The staff here is friendly and helpful. We have visited here many times they are always knowledgeable of the menu.
This is one of the Barrett family’s restaurants. This place does stand out from their other offerings in the region. That being said, these are the folks that owned Barrett’s on Boston Harbor. That place was an absolutely phenomenal restaurant. The food was stunning and the view overlooking the USS Constitution was all that. If you guys at Barrett’s are paying attention … this it the type of restaurant I would love to see you do again in the future 🙂

We had such a fantastic experience at Barrett’s Waterfront. From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. Our waiter, Zack, went above and beyond—he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The food was delicious and amazing. I got the salmon as my birthday meal and substituted the rice for sweet potato fries. Delicious combination. The steak tips were cooked so well you could cut them with a butter knife. I highly recommend you go see Billy! Hes our go to waiter anytime we go out to eat. He goes above and beyond!
