First off, what is this made-up policy? I understand that staff can be overwhelmed due to after-school traffic. Still, I do not appreciate and absolutely will not have my daughter get yelled at by an unprofessional manager, let alone have her being kicked out and wait to be served, and the absolute disgrace of yes, come and buy and consume. Still, you are not allowed to eat inside. I will absolutely not be consuming McDonald’s for sure until this is changed. You can’t discriminate because of age, and you can’t eat in there. That is wild. I also encourage others to stand up for their rights and not to consume because, without our money, our kids would not be able to support McDonald’s and be treated in that way.

Your kiosk says to take a number tent and the food will get brought to us. Your number tent says it on there as well. However, your employees call the numbers out in Spanish and expect everyone to know Spanish while in America. So I wait and wait until I go to the counter to still pick my food up myself after realizing it’s been sitting there the whole time and no one brought it out to the table like your establishment clearly says. What a disgrace.

Nobody taking orders. You must order on the app or kiosk. There is a sign that states that. Not a single person greater the guests. Two gentlemen waited at least 5 minutes before realizing one had to order this way….
