Shoutout to the crew at QDOBA! It’s rare to walk into a place for the first time and feel like a regular. They greeted me warmly right at the door and even gave me a taste-test to help me decide. Everything was delicious and the hospitality was a breath of fresh air. Can’t wait for my next burrito!

This is by far my favorite lunch spot. Gold member is so worth it for the $2 chips & dip. The staff is absolutely incredible. Corey is always friendly and even goes around checking on tables. Thats unheard of for a fast food/style restaurant. Above and beyond.

I want to start with the good because I really love Qdoba. The food at this location is exactly what I expect, phenomenal. I got a quesadilla and it was fantastic. The meat was juicy and tender, the veggies were crisp and delicious, and the cheese ratio was perfect.
The service at this location was horrible. When my husband and I walked up together they took his order, and the lady told me “You must wait, I have online orders” and proceeded to grab tickets for 4 online orders to work before my meal. I went to stand next to my husband by the register to wait until someone in the back snapped at her to do mine while my husband was waiting at this register.
When she started mine she gave me HALF the meat my husband was given and had the audacity to ask if I wanted double meat. I stated I would like the normal amount of meat and they did fix it.
At the register the person working the register was completely ignoring us at first. It was very strange and uncomfortable, until they handed him our finished quesadillas. Then he started ringing us up, again without speaking to or looking at us.
My husband realized they didn’t add the guacamole he asked for (which is free at Qdoba, they make a big deal of it) and they kept saying do you want to purchase it as a side item? My husband kept asking if they changed it, that guacamole costs money now. The register guy and the lady making meals wouldn’t say yes or no, just kept asking if we wanted to purchase it as a side. After he KEPT trying to find out if they have changed their policy on guacamole and they kept not answering, she finally just put some on our plates and they didn’t charge us for it. Overall it just felt like they were trying to get one over on us the entire time. It felt like they hated having customers in the store, and that’s fine.
We won’t be coming back to this location.

1st time trying this place. Food is overpriced, but so is everything these days. Portioning is good. Protein was cold like Chipotle. The star here was the Staff mainly the young man at the counter. He was very polite and friendly. Nice job Sir. Thank you for a good experience. This is why the 5 Star.

I always order takeout via the app but I can no longer recommend this location. The last 3 times I have order they have forgotten to add guacamole to any of the meals. I thought maybe they were out but they have no problem fulfilling a chips&guac side order. They just won’t put it on the meals even when it is selected. Happening once? Mistakes happen. Twice? Guess I’m unlucky. THREE TIMES?? Nah, I’m not coming back.
