Eh, not really much o say about McDonald’s but I’ll say what went on when I went!
I had ordered & waited patiently for it. I scouted the area & it was generally clean. They were also stocked up on lids/napkins. But the food did take a while, which seems to be a trend here.
Once I received my food, they had made one of the items wrong & she said “that’s not my fault, that’s yours” and I was like “uh the sticker says this and I got something else” and she just laughed in my face so it was kinda awkward/rude.
They also forgot an item (pumpkin pie) so I had to go back and get that.
Clean space & food seemed fresh but service was very lacking which brought down the whole thing very much.
I’m sure your kids would love the playground but they close that off after a certain time. Plus.. not sure how clean that would be but that can be said about any park play set.

Ordered a plain quarter pounder and this is what I got. Compared to what is advertised, this is ridiculous. It’s the same size as a regular patty but you’re paying more. And online they say open 24hr but in reality if you go sometime after 3am and before 5am they claim they’re closed.

They gave someone else our mobile order in the drive through and then when remaking our order proceeded to not even make it correctly after waiting over 10 minutes. Ended up just going to another mcdonald’s down the street. this one is absolutely terrible!

I’m sharing here for everybody. This review going up. Corporate next. Bruh it’s 2024. People have been proven to be unpredictable (to be nice) and you’re a grown service worker eating food before you bag it? Oh nah. Very disgusting. If you insist on going here, check your order. But you have to consider if they bite the food what else do they do? This is clearly a zero; it’s just not an option.

So dirty inside. Everyone was rude. My food was all wrong and they kept giving me round abouts to give me my correct order and when they finally did they acted like it was my fault when it’s clearly in their receipt first and last time stopping in new Britain McDonald for food.

I truly appreciate this location—especially compared to the McDonald’s on Martin Luther King, which has disappointed me in the past. That’s why I always choose this one now. You guys are honestly the best in New Britain!

As a single mother, today was one of those days I just didn’t have the energy to cook—and you all made that moment easier. I didn’t have to get frustrated or make an extra trip to the store. I was genuinely happy when I received my order.

Love that this McDonald’s has the kids gym to play and make new friends. An employee brought our food to our table so I didn’t have to leave the kids unattended. No time limit. There is a shoe bin where your child will put their shoes while they play. Easy grandparenting for the win!

I ordered a medium hot coffee with my breakfast! I come to finishing my coffee and discover a chewy texture. I assumed it was sugar, but no! It was at least the whole half the cup cover in coffee grinds! I still had coffee left and couldn’t even finish it! Totally disgusting and unsanitary!
