So I came through the drive through. Just like any other Sunday for my family. Wearing my favorite Sunday flannel. Just like I always do. Everytime I’m come in the food is great. And the service is decent. But today I bought 8 roasted beef sandwiches. I thought maybe they were a little over cooked. I think they served me rotten beef I ate one anyway thinking it was over cooked the edges seemed burnt. That wasn’t the case that sandwich made my stomach do horrible things. Anyway I don’t know what I did but I try to be friendly. I guess they just don’t like my Sunday outfit. I’ll find another place for Sunday lunch.

The food was good. Your typical fast food. Chicken and nuggets and curly fries were nice and crispy.

However, what sets this place apart is the customer service. The manager actually came around to check on each table to see how their dining experience was. I have never experienced that before at a fast food restaurant.

Great service!

I recently visited Arby’s for lunch and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon entering, I waited for about five minutes, only to realize that the staff was prioritizing drive-thru customers over those of us inside the store. This seemed quite unreasonable, especially since there were only three employees on duty.

The communication from the staff was lacking, contributing to a frustrating atmosphere. They seemed disinterested and failed to acknowledge waiting customers, which made the experience even more unpleasant. It’s disappointing to see professionals in a customer service role displaying such a lack of initiative and responsibility toward their job.

Overall, the attitude among the staff and the negative atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I genuinely hope that improvements can be made in both customer service and engagement for future visits.

The manger was so polite and kind. She made sure we had our complete order. Her name was Alicia we go there once a week if not more. She was gone for a while and our order was not complete and we had to wait 10 min to get it and no Arby’s sauce. She is a very good help. Will olny go there if she is working . We love Arby’s

They won’t give you sauces! Literally they will not give you the sauce, if you want the bronco sauce absolutely forget about it. If you order from them just DO NOT expect to get any sauce, Arby’s sauce, horsey sauce, marinara, or bronco sauce just forget it and enjoy your sauce less bland roast beef sandwich.

I ordered the brisket sandwich and it had next to nothing on 2 pieces of burnt bread. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location for a while this was beyond horrible.

*update went back almost a year later, ordered the Brisket sandwich, paid 8.19 for just the half pound sandwich, beyond disappointed had the amount of meat you would get in a normal sandwich literally the least amount.

Quick service, clean, friendly. A manager even approached us to ask if all was ok.

Plenty of sauces to choose from. Tables are clean.

Take out is fine but remember to ask for all the condiments . Clean, friendly staff prices are not as much as I thought considering it’s plenty of meat. Good place.

Spent the night in Montrose and was looking for a quick bite to eat before jumping back on 50 and returning to Denver. The previous evening I had seen a commercial for the 2-for-6 promo and decided one for now and one for later sounded like a good deal.

So, I grabbed two gyros, both Greek-style with one being “spicy”.

I didn’t know “spicy” meant Cholua hot sauce, or whatever brand they were using. I’d hoped it meant with jalapenos or chipotles or something.

It wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting.

On the brighter side, I saw crinkle fries on the menu and ordered them up, preferring the texture and shape of crinkles over curly fries any day of the week. I’m not sure if it was the potatoes or the cooking, but they didn’t taste like they were cooked properly, however they were a still better than curly fries.

The employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and accommodating, so no complaints there. Restaurant was clean as well.
