Felt like the air conditioner was turned off, we were sweating. The drink machine had no ice, so I had a warm coke. Our food took over 30 minutes, THIS IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES fault at all, they were working hard, they were courteous and polite, they were drastically UNDERSTAFFED, probably just the franchise owner overworking these poor people to line their pockets a bit more. A way too loud boombox on top of the drink machine was BLASTING some sports game. So while sweating and having my warm soda, $37 later I got to get screamed at by an obnoxious sportscaster as I desperately tried to choke down my food so I could get out of there.

simply god awful service. good luck trying to get served at the speaker box. every time i come no one answers for at least 10 minutes- if at all. i even pulled up to the window to try and get help this time and the employees were walking around inside avoiding the window although i was the only customer there. just shameful. love dairy queen’s food but this location always misses the mark. never coming back.

Went through the drive thru. No one came to the speaker. Sat there for approximately 5 minutes before an employee spoke. He apologized for the long wait. Drove up and waited again. Employee never opened the window, never asked for payment, NOTHING. I honked the car horn to let them know I was there. No response. I finally drove off. Total waste of time ! Atleast I didn’t waste my money. I won’t be back !

01/18/2026- Service was terrible. Ordered a oreo cake for a birthday and went to pick it up almost an hour later. Waited for 5-10 minutes before someone came to tell me they don’t have it & i can only get peanut butter. The birthday girl has a severe
peanut allergy so that was obviously not an option. When asked for a refund the young girl behind the counter gave an attitude and said “yeah no i can’t do that.”. So we left & I will have to dispute the charge. But like, you couldn’t have called? Wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever. & Please get that lil girl some training behind the counter. She surely needs it

Service on 8-16-25 is horrible. Waited at speaker for 7 mins, finally ordered than had to pull forward to wait on food only to realize they forgot a meal and had to go cook it… than waited another 20 minutes for the second meal. Tenders DRY…. only received 1 cup of what was suppose to be gravy but looked like oatmeal.

⚠️ Went to DQ with coupons right.. the CHICK there told us they don’t work, except on Sundays (NOT TRUE) she was COMPLETELY wrong, STILL CHARGED US 15.79 FOR 3 MILKSHAKES?!! MAYBE employees need to learn coupons, or take customer care courses for their customers! It also took 10 mins for 3 milkshakes!! STOP TAKING MONEY from coupons, SO SAD, SHAME ON YALL WE WILL NOT BE BACK … so where my other $5+ i would guess in someones pockets?!??

Today, June 9th, at about 5:31, I saw two hairs in the hamburger. I don’t know if the employees of your store wore hats and gloves to make hamburgers at work. Later, I went to the clerk to report to the hamburger that there was hair and took me to the kitchen to change a new hamburger. But this problem is very serious. First of all, I’m still a pregnant woman who has a problem with eating. Can you take this responsibility? It’s the first time I’ve eaten so many times that I’ve encountered such a situation.

Every single time I have been to this restaurant.There has been a problem with something.. they ran out of food or whatever, this time, I ordered a burger, cheese curds and a coke…. I received a Dr. Pepper onion rings and a burger… i told him the drink was coke ,They remade it, then they said they ran out of cheese curds, and I said, well, that would have been nice to know when placing my order, you don’t just take somebody’s money and give them what you give them.It’s not right… I absolutely will not be back to this facility, and I advised people who actually expect to get what they pay for to stay away, because there’s no telling what’s going to be in your bag…. This place just can’t get right.I have been here five or six times and have been disappointed every single visit
