I used to love getting breakfast here after they brought the bagels back. The breakfast sauce is my favorite and they’d always load it up for me. Now all of a sudden, the last 5 times I’ve gotten breakfast here, I’ve gotten ZERO extra sauce, yet charged for extra every single time. As much as I love Rita at the first drive thru window, I don’t think we’ll be back if you can’t get my food right when you’re charging extra for it.

They forgot my two hamburgers!!!! So I ordered two hamburgers, fries, and 4 piece nuggut, I get the food, get half way home and then realize they forgot my two burgers, and I still got charged for them. Worst McDonald’s ever. They are always so slow and the last straw was when I ordered a curbside order to avoid the slow drive thru then I sat outside forever while watching multiple cars go through the drive through. So I walked inside (something I’ve never had to do at any restaurant curbside). Once inside my order had just been sitting there while they were making other peoples food. Then they just ignored me. I drive right past this McDonald’s everyday but now I drive to a McDonald’s further away because of the terrible service at this location.

this mcdonald’s is always verryyy packed but luckily they have one of the best managers I’ve seen at a location. I didn’t get his name but he is always running around the kitchen making sure everything is coming out smoothly the store is really lucky to have him

I only went to that McDonald’s to get two double cheeseburgers, and a cup of water for $4.08. First they made me pay for somebody else’s order which was over $20, and they kept messing up by giving me somebody else’s food. They said they refunded the money back on my card, but I still haven’t seen it.

I was missing items from my bag when I got home, Kendra called me promptly and made it right, I really appreciate the great customer service. Also, the employees at this location always have a good attitude and it’s incredibly refreshing.

I only go there for Diet Cokes. Don’t care for their hamburgers. I used to eat their southwest chicken salads which were great. But they discontinued them several years ago.
