This McDonald’s needs to be inspected by the Health department. They are serving food that is MORE than a day or two old. These breakfast burritos were NOT made today and instead made days ago and reheated multiple times. Disgusting

I pass three McDonald’s in order to get to work, but I always stop at this one because the customer service here is excellent. Troy is always pleasant and greets me with the smile every day. Then when I get to the second window to pick up my order, the young lady in that Position is also pleasant! I highly recommend this McDonald’s.

Most unprofessional establishment in savannah. If 0 was a possible rate I would give. Manager Crystal was ineptly rude and did not want to hand me my food. Waiting in the lobby for about 20-30 minutes for a Door Dash Delivery is insane and will never do it again. Has employees ordering food while on job and not very cleanly either. Just know to take my business elsewhere instead of dealing with a women playing a manager instead of doing her job. Very disappointed in the way she would talk to a customer and very poor description of customer service the way she carried herself.

The kiosk rings me up for $0.00 for dipping sauces; check. No problem…..right. Now I know some places say you have to pay for extra sauces. Which I’m totally cool with. Since I used the kiosk not one of your employees or manager communicated that I would have pay for extra sauces; while I was waiting for my order to come out. When I did get my food explained to her the kiosk rung me up for 0.00; she then got an attitude.

As I was waiting to order I didnt even get a greeting. Just a rude lady saying what do you want. As I was ordering she kept saying is that all umm no you hear me ordering why do you keep interupting me? Then I ask for sauces didnt get any of them. I asked for them she said they were in the bag and shut the window. The hot and spicys were old and hard like they were re heated and so were the fries. The nuggets were fresh but no sauce.

This is such a sad excuse of a McDonald’s. Watched as a crowd gathered and waited for their food. Saw a worker in a yellow shirt (maybe a manager) drop a sauce on the floor and then proceeded to PUT IT IN A CUSTOMERS ORDER!!!! It should be common sense to throw something away when it hits the floor, especially food items. There was a poor girl waiting for a DoorDash. No one helped her and she said she had been waiting 20 minutes for the order and everyone before her had been helped and they never even acknowledged her. She ended up canceling the order and left. Absolutely unacceptable. Hire people who will actually help customers and know how to properly handle food items. Beyond ridiculous

I have been coming here for months. There has always been one major problem with their soda machines. Every time I order a Dr. Pepper, it never tastes like Dr. Pepper, it always tastes like diet soda. I have came in several times exchanging the soda for something else and have reported the issue to management. They said they are waiting on corporate & Coca Cola to fix the issue, and it’s been months to no avail. I told my self never to order Dr. Pepper from them, but I forgot tonight, and instantly got reminded when I took a sip:-( There was also another time when I ordered orange juice and it was served to me with a light color to it, I could tell something was off. I tried it and sure enough, it was watered down. I rated 4 stars for service because every time there is a problem, they respond to it like it’s a normal occurrence, with little to no empathy.

I ordered FORTY chicken nuggets online, and not a single employee thought to put a single sauce in my bag. I was supposed to receive SIX sauces, and yet, I received ZERO. Who wants to eat dry nuggets? Complete waste of money and zero satisfaction. This isn’t the first time they forgot my sauces with my large nugget order either. I’m done with this place.
