I’m not sure what we were given in a bag but it wasn’t edible food. The “spicy chicken sandwich” and crispy chicken sandwich were hard as a rock. Super disappointing that they would even serve this to a customer? You could look at it and see it was hours old. I will be returning back to the Gratiot location, some things never change.

I literally stood in there for almost 10 minutes just waiting for someone to wait on me not even the people who were working came over to talk to me and whoever was supposed to wait on me wasn’t even around. The other girl kept looking for someone to wait on the people waiting I had my granddaughter with me so I couldn’t wait much longer cause she was starting to get antsy. Their food was deep in the last time. I ate here, but I’ll never go back now that I can’t even get weighted on that’s absolutely ridiculous especially during lunch hour like where is Kim at anyway cause that’s who supposedly was gonna wait on me with Kim

This review was generous to say the least. The last several visits over the past weeks have lead me to avoid this location going forward. On one visit I asked for ketchup. The drive thru cashier’s response after looking for some was “not this time”, instead of I’m sorry, we’re out of ketchup at the moment. On my last visit a week ago, they were out of barbeque sauce for their chicken nuggets. This was the second time within a course of a week they were out of sauce. I’m sure they don’t care about me not coming back to their location by the service they provide.

Went there before 7pm and the doors were locked. Went through the drive thru and was “greeted” by someone who very clearly hates their job. Ordered 11 jr. burgers. Pay for the order and was asked to pull into a parking space. Sure thing, no problem. 10 minutes go by, as do about 10 vehicles through the drive thru line, and still waiting. My husband walks to the drive thru window because like I said, doors are locked. The kid says it’ll be a minute, they’re short staffed. Okay. Less than 2 minutes later, he comes out with our order. We get home less than 5 minutes later. Everything is there, that’s not the problem (this time). The problem was the burgers were cold and the cheese not even remotely melted. The pickles were warmer than the burger itself. Not sure how that happens, but it did. Should’ve gone to burger king.

I ordered a baconator fry and a spicy chicken sandwich with a large coke. The fries were completely cold and they did not even fill up the container to where it is supposed to be. And the chicken sandwich was decent.

Went here tonight and ordered 27 dollars worth of Wendy’s which is crazy but not this stores fault. The kid that took my order mumbled so I couldn’t hear him, wouldn’t read back the order. Then it took 20 minutes in the drive through after they made me pull up to a parking spot. After no one showed up for another 10 minutes I went back to the window. He held the bag out. When I got home the fries weren’t with my order which I was assuming what was taking so long. Called to get a refund and no one answered the phone.

There was hair in my food. Onions on my burger even though I ordered them without. And they were cracking up laughing in there for some reason. And then someone popped out gave me my food and sit absolutely nothing. Now have a good day. Thank you. Nothing….. I’m very experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I’m going to keep going to McDonald’s Taco Bell or Arby’s. I was there December 17th about 8:00 p.m.

No ketchup at self serve, no ice yet ice cold burgers, surprisingly hot nuggets and fries. There was what looked like an eyelash in my nuggets but I did exchange those for new ones. One of the incredibly unprofessional workers was laughing at the fact I got a hair in my food which I absolutely did not find funny.. there was only one worker in there who actually seemed concerned and was apologizing. Also had a hair in my sisters fries.. and that time I actually snapped a picture. No sauce for nuggets and they also forgot one of our nuggets and we had to go back. Very salty fries. Very warm and flat pop coming from their soda machine. The water had a bit of a concerning pink tint to it (photo attached) even after cleaning out cup multiple times. Dr Pepper felt like it was microwaved. Sprite tasted like salsa mixed with water, and the gatorade grape flavor came out a similar pink tint as the water mentioned. No ketchup on my burger but my younger sister got not even a pinch on hers, lots of mayo though. Other sister ordered a Double stack but got a Junior burger, had to deal with that though because we already left. The floors were very sticky and there were specific areas of the establishment that smelt very … questionable to put it into words. If you don’t understand then it smelt absolutely terrible, like someone had shat themselves sitting there or something. I would give 0 stars if I could. At least I know which fast food place to avoid now.
