Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Has forgotten food or gave me the wrong order every single time. You can order 3 quarter pounders and only find a 10 piece nugget in your bag. The sweet tea is horrendous. If you call and complain they will get rude and hang up. Don’t go here

Decided to go out to eat at McDonald’s on Green Street in Henderson, which was a terrible mistake not only did it taste like Dairy Queen when they had the roaches, but I ordered a big Mac meal and I guess I will need a diet because I ended up with a big Mac salad because there was no meat /Patties The fries were absolutely terrible kind of reminded me of rubber but yet also tasted like they’ve been cooked two or three times and some old grease. It was a waste of money. To try to eat there, I remember when you could go get food from McDonald’s and it actually taste decent But I guess that’s not the case anymore. Also, there was hair in one of the Other burger or if you wanna call it mystery meat absolutely terrible. Try the Taco Bell next-door because it has to be better than this.

This McDonald’s is one of a kind, it’s hard to find another McDonald’s across the United States that performs at the level that this one does. Because if they all performed at the level that this one does, there’s no way they could stay in business. Their attention to detail goes beyond belief. Look at the cups in the parking lot what a beautiful statement, and then the fries super salty and limp great. The burger at the bottom of the barrel smashed flat cold, do you think it at least be warm and everything else on top of it but no way! Not a chance. Their attention to detail goes further than just the parking lot, look at the way that sauce was expertly placed almost on top of the flat fish, but it is nice to pick up the sandwich and get a big glob of tartar sauce on you! I will say this this is the first time I’ve been to this McDonald’s in over two years, the last time I went they threw my money back at me and told me things like we’re not nice people and I believe that. But wanting to give them a second chance they went ahead and performed at the same level as before. Minus the money throwing of course. So if you’re looking for a below average McDonald’s and you want to wait a really long time, this is the location for you! They’ve set the bar low so anything they do will make you happy. They are loving it!

So i came in here around 10:20pm after getting off work, hoping to be able to grab something quick on my way home. Not only did it take almost 40 mins, the person in front of me was waiting longer than me for almost his entire order because they messed up all the items or forgot half of them. They did not read me back my order, and they forgot part of it but i didnt even feel like fussing because i was gonna have to wait another 40 mins. I get my order, and they forgot my sauces. The line was completely backed up, so i walked towards the drive thru just to ask if she could hand me my sauces so i could leave and be done. Drive thru lady proceeds to start yelling at me that i cant walk up to the drive thru, i have to come inside, so i come inside only to hear her talking about me to her coworkers. Very unprofessional, will never return. Maybe don’t tell someone to come inside and then talk about them as they are in your lobby? I just wanted the sauces I had paid for and you guys forgot the first time. Not to mention i was not once rude this entire time like some of the other people in line. I was polite and they were still rude.

They get the orders wrong more than they get them right. They put a small fry in a large container. They don’t read the requested ingredients, so the orders are almost always wrong. They don’t put the sauces you pay for in the bags. It’s to the point it’s pathetic. I’ve worked fast food before. I know it’s not that hard. Even when busy it’s not hard to read a screen and do what it says. Do better.

Tonight my family went to this McDonald’s and the cashiers robbed us. They were rude and got angry when I tried to talk to them. I will no longer go to this McDonald’s with my family and will tell my other family members not to shop there anymore. They’ve already lost customers. This fast food restaurant needs to hire honest and kind people. The food is good, but the employees are terrible.

This Mc Donald’s is the worst I went there tonight and placed an order got home and 2 missing McRibs tried calling both numbers to get the problem fixed and the phone is off the hook and answering machine on the other number is full and can’t except any new messages!!! All I can is I’ll take my business elsewhere for now on… I guess they think they deserve a 10.00 tip… NOT IMPRESSED!!! Standing back there cussing and laughing no one wearing gloves one employee announced she “ going to pee” very loudly doesn’t even try to have manners what a shame!!!!!

First time at this location. Haven’t stopped at a McDonald’s for several months but was happy we stopped here. Food was hot and fresh, especially the fries. Staff was very helpful. Very clean and well stocked store
