The service today was excellent! It has been the best we have ever had at Applebee’s in a long time. Brandon our server was very attentive he provided great customer service.
The food looked very fresh & tasted better than the other few times we have been here. We were recently here about 2 weeks ago & the food didn’t taste as good as today. Their classic appetizer combo’s chips tasted really nasty & stale then. We notice a huge difference today. Seems like today there was also a new cook. Thank you for your great customer service Brandon!

Ordered delivery. Opened the container and there was a very strong smell, almost fish like and I had ordered chicken. I also ordered the new pickle fries. As you can see from the picture they were completely burnt, like no actual pickle to be found and so greasy. I’m shocked they even served that. Threw both items out and will not be ordering here again.

I had a really great experience eating at Applebee’s. As soon as I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. My server was friendly, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed without me even having to ask. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted really good. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and it made me want to come back again because of how well everything was handled.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a great night at Applebee’s I had to leave a review. We went on a busy night but Bernadette made sure we were seated quickly and got our food quickly too. The service was great and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. All the food was good, especially the wings. My kids are already asking when can we go again. Highly recommend.

Chris provided excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right without ever being pushy or rushing us. He kept the table checked on, made great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had — we’ll be back for sure.

I place an Order on the Applebee’s App fot the Pinole on Fitzgerald Dr. Pinole, California on 11/28/2025 and when I receive my food it’s always not right. Either my ingredients aren’t there or my WongTong Tacos is BURNT. THE THE MANAGER has the audacity to have an Attitude. Also when I Order a Cheeseburger and put the temperature for Well done no pink showing it’s not done right either.

I went Saturday night although there were people waiting infront of me I was greeted and taken to my table within reasonable time. The mamanger Ana came to our table to make sure we were doing ok during our stay i saw lots of smiling faces from the workers around our table. Orlando was an amazing sever! The food was good my friend and I were hesitate because it was happy hour and very busy but the service and food was amazing! I ordered 10 wings I got nine which was okay but our server bought out (attached picture) more and then some.
