The Parkway Social 619 is a new bar and grill that has recently opened inside of Parkway Bowl.
They offer a full bar and menu for lunch and dinner.
I ate at the bar where I met Arlene, the bar keep, who was super friendly. She gave me the run down of the new place, which was nice. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which came with fries, but I upgraded the fries to a small side salad: a salad I later regretted paying an extra $2 for. The crispy chicken sandwich cost $13.99 plus tax.
The crispy chicken sandwich was pretty good. The chicken was crispy and tender with a light seasoning. The portion of the chicken could have been a little larger however. The chicken came on a nice toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and a mayo spread.
The side salad was disappointing to say the least. Not only was it very small, but it came with wilted greens. I was not happy about that because they were inedible. Also, the balsamic was very thick and it needed to be mixed with olive oil. It was pure thick balsamic. I kept thinking, I should of stuck with the fries. You can also upgrade to tater tots, too.
They offer a large bar and plenty of restaurant seating. The service was friendly.
