My wife and I came for lunch. She ordered flamethrower combo. I ordered $7 deal. We ordered a side of flamethrower sauce.
When we got our food, I immediately noticed the flamethrower sauce was wrong. It looked pale almost as if was mixed with ranch. I tasted it and it tasted like generic Buffalo sauce. I told the cashier it was wrong but she said “no it’s the right sauce” she went to the back to hold up the bottle used for the burger “see”. I told her they must have changed the sauce as I walked away. Sure enough, she was right. Opened the burger and yep the sauce was wrong on the burger as well. Flamethrower sauce is orange. This wasn’t. And definitely doesn’t taste the same. It’s fine if they ran out and made a substitute. Just say so. But to argue and get smart with the customer is absurd. Anyways I went back to get my sundae. She went back and made it and the picture can speak for itself.

MATTHEW FRAUENSHUH, CEO of 14 Foods, you need to retrain your staff at this location!!!! DQ policy is to flip one Blizzard to evidence it’s quality that your said Mgr, Ethan, DID NOT DO. When I told him he hadn’t, he proceeded to tell me I missed it because he did it inside the store, which was a blatant lie and refused to honor DQ policy and remake.
I entered the building and spoke to another person working, who was older but stated she was not in charge, and she offered no solution.
What happened to training? What happened to policies? What happened to customer service? Wait….it’s 2026, so it just doesn’t exist anymore.
I recommend locals to go to the HIXSON location where service still means something.
Do better Ethan! Or at least try.

The vanilla moo latte is super good! Pretzel sticks are sooo good & addictive and less than $4!! Yum! Nice hours that are sometimes open past other restaurants.
If you order DoorDash from here for some reason neither of the dashers could follow instructions and I got my moo latte without a straw. :-/ The chicken sandwich has two tenders not a patty on it. If you select extra mayonnaise you probably won’t get it. Love their moo lattes though!!

Went to this location last night. The drive through was backed up so I tried to go inside and the door was locked. So I got back in the drive through line. It took a little longer than normal but the lady at the window was super nice and explained there were only three people working. She did all this with a smile on her face and was extremely apologetic for the wait. A lot of times when people are in stressful situations they tend to be rude. This young lady was not that. She made the best of the situation and tried to give the best service she could.

I just went to the DQ on gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, TennesseeI went at 10 o’clock at night. Not ideal for getting fresh food I know, but every bit of my food was cold the hamburger and fries. The hamburger was so cold the cheese did not melt.Do better DQ.!!

I really love going to this particular Dairy Queen. The customer service is great and the food is always fresh and delicious. And the music sets the tone that plays while you’re having a blast with your choice of blizzard.

Normally good but this time around the food was cold. It was suppose to be flame thrower which usually has two patties.
It is getting harder to justify fast food when it cost as much or more then a bbq potatoe with pork added.
You can really see the difference. Plus compair it to the picture on the menu.
The people are nice here, and if I was still at the store I sure they would have fixed it. And I have had the burger here with no problems before.

Food was hot & fresh, staff was polite, atmosphere, not so good. To many people coming up & knocking on car windows asking for money & food. I don’t mind helping people, but it was like every 4 minutes. Just not pleasant.

We came in at 9:50 pm and ordered ice cream and some food. We got the ice cream fairly quickly but the food never came. When I finally asked about it nobody knew where it was and asked who took our order. This is not a place where people worked together as a team. Such an unorganized mess including the dirty tables around the place. Employees cussing and not working efficiently at all. Took 15-20 min to get our refund after an hour not getting our food. Not sure why we needed to take a number. This was a mess and we will not be back!
