Everything they brought us was hot, fresh, and fantastic. Caleb, our server, was fantastic and efficient.
We were super pleased with our choice to go there. I spoke to the manager to commend him and his staff for the great experience.
My favorite is the Honey Chipotle Crispers, as it comes with mac n cheese and amazingly seasoned fries (yummy )
I don’t have many complaints, the staff is always extremely nice and helpful. (Love you guys )
I never usually have to wait long for seating or for my food to arrive.
Theres really only just small mistakes here and there; such as an issue of having forgotten fries with my orders twice on seperate occasions. I was able to get my fries in one of those times because I was dining in, but the second time was a pick-up so I wasn’t able to check until it was brought to my house.
Obviously it’s not an end of the world ordeal, but I’m a ✨️depressed mess✨️ so it only just tops off my disappointment when I’m looking forward to something, especially when I’m paying for the full meal. I work in customer service, so I understand. Busy nights, a lot can happen. We’re all human
Along with the last few times I’ve eaten there the mac n cheese I’ve gotten had been undercooked and swimming in the white cheese sauce, which wasn’t entirely too great to someone who has texture issues when it comes to food, but again, not a world ending experience. I kind of just end up using the sauce as a dip for my fries if I don’t end up eating the noodles (don’t judge me please, I will cry)
My other complaints truly has no grudge against this particular restaurant location, but likely from a company made choice of ruling out their white cheese dip, which was the only option that I am able to choose from since I am a picky eater (ARFID). Their regular cheese dip now doesn’t have the same taste or texture to it, and its harder to pick out any excess seasonings because of this. I’m sure to most it probably doesn’t matter, however to people who are senstive to these kinds of things, it does leave an impact on an already very limited of things that I can eat.
I still really love Chilis. I go every year for my birthday, or every so often treat myself to a meal when I am able to go. Hopefully I can get my fries next time?
Since I wasn’t sure that my full order was there I checked in the car, and everything was there, but the ranch was packed at the bottom of the bag and upside down so it opened up and already soaked through the bag.
I checked my food to make sure it was made properly, and noticed that the food was cold.
I went to go back in and ther was someone already waiting for their food and the worker was gone again, so I just left.
Avoid this terrible place!
She brought me a to go box without me even asking for it.
Kylie was pleasant and friendly !
Chicken crispers were excellent, freshly made.
Buffalo Wild Wings now uses premade Chicken tenders.
