I feel terrible for the kids working at McDonald’s, today 1/11/26 at around 730am.
I stop by Naper Blvd/75th st to get a big breakfast with hotcakes. I wanted an addtl item using my points. But the points tend to be finicky so I waited to use them at the window.
When I get to the window, I informed the lady that I needed to add the item, I waited for her to add it, then I proceeded to unlock the code. Because some employees there treat you as if you are giving them a bogus code from a screenshot. I unlock the code and give it to her and she says it is invalid. However my points are 6k less than what they were prior to me giving the codes to her. She continued to try and screaming “invalid!”
Then the manager comes up per her request. An older guy. He asks for the code, I’m unable to pull it up now because it is saying there is a limit. So I try to give it by memory. Mind you, both he and the girl (lady) have attitudes with me and I’m not sure why. I wasn’t mean until the guy did this….
So the code still doesn’t work and he tells me he gave me the item free. He proceeds to give me a total that doesn’t coincide with coded item being free. I ask him for a receipt because that amount seems off. He didn’t give me a receipt but tells me he gave me the tea free since I didn’t have a code. I said, what do you mean…I’m down 6000 points so something happened. I then asked for him to just take the sandwich off because the code was for that. He stated that the sweet tea and bacon egg and cheese biscuit was the same price. He became even more rude. Someone else spoke to him and he reluctantly gave me the item that would have been free with the code. He reached out rudely for my card. I wasn’t going to give them opportunity to drop my card or shove it in my hand. Because his mannerisms at this point was suggesting that some additional rudeness was bound to happen.
And if my young daughter was not hungry and in the car I would have just gave it all back.
One of the worst encounters I have had at an establishment. Both from the short African woman and tall older Indian guy with salt and pepper hair.

There was no hot coffee today. This continued from morning to afternoon. I came in to order breakfast and lunch. Suddenly, the hot coffee I wanted was out. I was told after I finished my order, not before. They replaced it with a cold coffee. But it tasted completely wrong. I left it on the table.

If I could put negative stars I would… this is so disgusting found a fly in my fries so unsanitary and all they wanted to do was just give me another small order of fries, most disgusting thing I have ever seen…. NEVER WILL GO BACK AGAIN!

I come here everyday and they do a great job! Unfortunately today the large ice coffee didn’t have a monopoly piece on the cup . This has happened a couple days now . Other stores have them on the cups .

Every time I come here late at night, it’s the same Worker. It’s like she does not care for her job no consideration for other people the attitude the atmosphere that comes off of her is expounding to me how she’s still there. I’m at the window asking for my receipt she slammed it on me and walks away. I proceed to go to the next window grab my food and ask for the lady to go get my receipt. She goes and gets it and I asked for the person’s name that took my order. Her name was Kelly. It is expanding to me how McDonald’s can have such a person taking orders and talking to people at their job.

It’s a typical McDonalds. How do you rate it on Atmosphere and food? McDonalds’ rep is based on the same food that’s exactly the same no matter which location you buy from (consistency vs high-brow). The food/atmosphere is good for what it is. The Service is great. Info through the drive through and get exactly what I ordered quickly! 5-Stars! I would go back. If you like McDonalds it’s great. It’s close to work, so it’s perfect when I’m in a hurry.

Came to this McDonalds at night and the lady at the drive thru that took my order was very rude the whole Time cutting and interrupting me while I was telling Her my order and she said one crispy sandwich would take 7 minutes to make and when I said it was not a problem she made a weird comment. When I approached the window to pay for the food I tried to make small talk to ease the lady’s attitude and so I asked what time she got out and she we are open 24 hrs later she gave me my food and when I checked it the lettuce on the chicken sandwich was black and looked bad and the tomatoes were dry and past expired looking. I’m not sure why this McDonald’s is as that bad, the service attitude and food were extremely nasty. Never going to come to this location. Maybe sanitation services should come here. Here are some pictures to show what I had.. and FYI I did not eat any of the food I bought and that was a waste of money… If you guys remember that spongebob episode where the detective died with the patty this is that patty. LOL they are a joke here i came for a refund because the food was trash and the manager told me i would get my food remade, lady i live 40 minutes away i only came one time to buy food at this location one time and all i want is a refund because im sure as hell wont be coming this way anymore, she lied and took my reciept but never asked me for my card for the refund which i thought was weird. so i will be calling my bank to dispute the charge
