As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

i made a mobile order for hot dogs WITHOUT ketchup and mustard. just plain hot dogs. i get sent my hot dogs WITH ketchup and mustard. i cal customer support, and they tried calling the place to ensure that they’d double check that the new, replacement hot dogs are PLAIN. they’re not able to get ahold of the restaurant OR the driver to ensure this. i wait an hour for new hot dogs. THEY STILL HAVE KETCHUP AND MUSTARD! i don’t understand how they mess up and made more work for themselves! and i’m struggling to get a refund!

I got STUCK in that drive thru line for 43 minutes!!! I’ve never waited so long for fast food in my life and it wasn’t by choice! Once a couple people are behind you, you can’t get out of that one at all! I’ve never honked my horn in a drive thru line either, but I did 4 times that day because my lunch break is 30 mins, it took me about 6 mins to get there, and the same to get back, so i was very late because of them. All I ordered was a small vanilla shake and a medium fry, the shake was but the fries were so gross, I could tell the grease was way overdue to be changed because of the variety of different fries I received! Some were hard and crunchy, some were clumped together, some were gooey and undercooked, and some were ok!! IDK if I will roll the dice on that location again but if you do, beware if your going on your break and only have 30 mins!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the food I received during my recent visit. I ordered a burger on Friday night around 11:30 PM, and it was terribly made and served completely cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted, which clearly shows a lack of care in preparation.
As someone visiting from out of town, this experience left a very bad impression, and I won’t be returning. I sincerely hope the crew working that night is addressed and reminded to take their roles more seriously. This level of service is unacceptable.

Been here a few times after events at Raymond James Stadium. Even with short lines, customer service seems to be a distant second place for the folks here. Last time it took over an hour to get some shakes made, and I didn’t even get them. Had to charge back my card after the fact because it took so long and we just wanted to go home.
Definitely avoid this place next time you’re in the area – there’s other options if your hungry after a Buccaneers game, or a concert at RJS.

DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, only 2 people inside? Are you insane? I was literally ignored for 15 minutes for a pickup order. They didn’t even know who I was, never asked for my name or phone number. What if I went to the pickup window by accident? They would’ve assumed I was the wrong person and gave my food away. Why did I get a notification that my pickup order was ready and when I get there, they haven’t even started it yet. They saved the best for last but why was my pickup order that I had placed 35 minutes prior last? I appreciate that they made the food “fresh” but I would’ve also appreciated someone just telling me they’re working on my order when I got there instead of just ignoring me the entire time. Oh and the XL fry lovers XL cup was about 25% empty, not even filled entirely.

I pulled into the location and an employee was standing outside vaping. No one inside the store working at all and nobody seemed to care. I sat at the drive-thru at the drive-through speaker for almost 2 minutes with no customer service.

Review for Checkers (Number 5 Fry Lover Burger Combo)
This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. My order was a complete disaster from top to bottom. The burger was undercooked, had absolutely no toppings, and they somehow “forgot” the fries in a Fry Lover’s Burger combo. The drink was watered down, completely flat, with no syrup — basically carbonated tap water. The apple pies? They tasted like chemicals and bleach. Totally inedible.
Everything I received went straight into the trash because it was unsafe and disgusting. This wasn’t just disappointing — it was unacceptable and felt like a scam. I wasted money on food that wasn’t even edible.
I am demanding a full refund immediately. If this is how Checkers runs their business, they should be ashamed. If this location can’t serve food that’s cooked properly and safe to eat, they don’t need to be open.
