The Chick-fil-A in Malvern is always a great experience! It’s close to my home office, so I stop by often for a quick lunch, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. The staff always double-checks and repeats my order, which is a small touch that really makes a difference. They’ve got an excellent process in place, and I’m glad to have such a convenient and well-run location nearby. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for being honest and made my bad day a little less miserable.
Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking on the parking lot in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn’t get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot.

The best Chick-fil-A in the area by fat. Extremely crowded during lunch hours. The only criticism is the parking lot. If you park along the outer ring of parking you will have a terrible time leaving during the busy times since the drive-thru line passes through the outer ring of parking.

Ray and his team did an amazing job. He took my order quickly and efficiently. While the wait was short to get my food I noticed he called out to go orders. His voice was loud & clear…without a doubt I’d trust him with my life. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

I hope no one gets sick eating here. From the drive thru window, the back of the house was the most disgusting Chick-fil-A’s I’ve ever seen. The floor had standing water with no one actually mopping. The employees were using gloves but touching everything with them without changing them. And the whole atmosphere inside seemed more like a teen hangout with music blasting than a typical Chick-fil-A.
