You could obviously tell that our meals have been sitting under the hot lamp , we’d also inquired about the garlic parmesan wings for the cauliflower it was not supposed to be the spicy one it should have been less spicy his response to that was yeah there’s red pepper flakes in it and be lucky that you got to choose to sauces we’re not supposed to. The whole menu is misleading they do not know how to answer any questions they do not know how to treat their customers don’t even try to talk to the manager because he is a despicable person and he can’t be nice to anybody he can’t even address the concerns of a customer properly. He didn’t even look at her bill he didn’t even suggest can I get you anything else he was just not a nice person. So we waited for some time to get our bill and then I asked him for the number to Buffalo wild wings corporate his response to me was he will not give me the number to his boss or his boss’s boss or the corporate but I can look it up online. I should have looked at the reviews before I went there there are several of the same concerns with the one-star rating so this has been going on a while. Allegedly it’s a franchise and the owner has more I often wonder sometimes if this isn’t the store that was designed to lose money because he had so many I don’t know but they weren’t busy and their staff was terrible. I’m pretty sure that McDonald’s has better customer service and better management than this place
It wasn’t even busy either. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to yet.
We decided to eat here for the $9.99 bottomless appetizers. You can swap between 5 different kinds, and 4 people can share them. Each additional person is charged around $2.59. We sampled all the appetizers, and honestly, the queso dip and chips were the best. The fried pickles were bland due to lack of paprika or similar seasoning in the breading. Onion rings were decent but tasted like beer-battered, which isn’t my preference. The chips and salsa weren’t impressive, and the mozzarella sticks lacked seasoning. We did try the cheese curds. These were good! But again, we needed parsley or some sort of seasoning. With recent price hikes, companies seem to be cutting corners on ingredients, which is unfortunate. This experience won’t encourage a repeat visit.
Our waitress was new. She has great potential. We often waited a while in asking for refills..
Specifically regarding the shrinkflation of their boneless wings is altogether insulting. Small wings are inevitable but tossing another in to balance out the portions should be expected. This location however seems to pride themselves in the lack of protein provided. Don’t believe me, see the literal quarter sized nuggets of “wings” we received this evening.
It seemed a little pricier than usual but we probably just won’t get an appetizer next time.
We sat down at a booth and waited for 35 minutes before a server even looked in our direction.
Our server was actually a guy who was just starting his shift. So there was an entire crew on shift who was just not serving customers.
There were multiple tables who were walking up to the bar to get water and other beverages because nobody was being served. We got our first round of drinks from the bar and then flagged a waitress down and she said “you probably haven’t been served because you already have drinks”. Um no actually we had to serve ourselves because there wasn’t a single employee that came within 10 ft of our table.
We were there for 2 hours just for a table of four to get a round of beers and wings. It was 1:30 of waiting for service and :30 of eating.
If you’re considering eating here, please reconsider and pick any other sports bar in the area.
Once again, the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. They go out of their way to NOT serve you.
