Place has great reviews and is walking distance from my hotel. Was able to place a takeout order that was ready in a reasonable amount of time, especially on a busy Saturday night. Pizza was good, thick crust, heavy on cheese, just missing a little flavor to make it great. Would eat again though.

Loved this place!!!
I have took a simple sandwich and it was SO big and tasty! We tried pizza and it was big and very good.
I absolutely suggest the curry fries, these are very particular, you will get fun eating these.
Good selection of biers and drinks, the atmosphere is very sporty but open to families as well.
This place may be more expensive than average but consider that this is located in the Silicon Valley, the richest region of the USA.

Cute pub in the San Jose area serving various food. Seems like a nice hang out /social spot for the older crowd. The fries and wings were ok, but it could be spicier and have more flavor.

We also got extra carrots for .50 cents

It seemed like there was additional items off the menu if you ask (like quesadilla)

Definitely a better spot if you’re a more social person than we are and like sports.

I go there alot, atleast i used to. Prices are good, the place is always crowded with good people and the service most of the time is good if you are not in rush to get your food quick. At the register, my friend and i were fighting over who pays for the beer over a loud music and normal loud background noise as is usual in a sports bar. All of sadden the person at the register meanly yelling at us to back off. We were loud but not too close to the front person in line. The teller might be too busy but we did not deserved to be yelled at the way he did. I will never go back there anymore…

Loved the rustic wooden decor elements and the warm tones. There was plenty of sports memorabilia on display. The medium-sized chicken garlic supreme pizza was enormous and the chicken wings were crispy and delicious. The staff was friendly and cheerful.

Great Burger & Fries! Interesting setup, you go to the bar to order for food & drink, and then wait for the puck to go off. It must’ve been 1/2 pound.burger, it was huge, with a fresh bun, delicious. Came with the works – lettuce, tomatoes, raw onion, pickle. Next time I’ll ask for fried onions or get the pizza. The pizzas looked good, too. Neighborhood patrons, laid back bar, nice to just sit and enjoy the crowd. I’ll be back, The Garrett!

One of my campbell go to. Can get a little busy when a local team is playing, so plan around that. One item on the menu that went away was cheese fondue that I miss. Pizza is always a good but Philly cheese sandwich is my favorite when not getting pizza.

Oh man I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this place. Finally came back to this side of town for lunch and I knew I should come here again. I used to come to the Garret quite a bit about 10 years ago when I worked down the street. It was great then, and I’m happy to report that it’s still great now. Pizza was delicious, wings awesome, service and friendliness off the chart. Only thing different was the prices, but everything is expensive these days. Would happily come back when I’m in the area… Here’s to another 10 years and more!

Fast service. The pizza was crispy and taste good, but I still like NYC style with a thinner crust. A small pizza is very big if you’re not that hungry recommed getting a personal size. The zucchini sticks were good as well. Has games to play for kids and a good atmosphere with TVs and a bar.
