This McDonald’s location is on point with some of the best for fast food and other McDonald’s.
Service was very quick. The food is what McDonald’s is inexpensive fast and tasty – the Mcgriddle with sausage, egg and cheese just has a magic combo I was salty and sweet so what can I say?
The restaurant was clean. Bathroom wasn’t too bad and there was easy parking. The restaurant was moderately busy and relatively quiet.

For the king of fast food they have sure gotten really slow. They can’t open both lines in the drive-thru you have a 10 to 15 minute wait for food you might as well go to a sit-down restaurant at this point. The customer service is awful they have no idea what’s going on outside of their building. I’m just wondering what’s going on in America where we can’t even get fast food fast

This location has had me frustrated on more than one occasion! Both going through the drive through! First was when ordering a hot coffee and had me waiting a solid 3 min and then when they handed to me it was almost ice cold! The second is ordering another coffee and they had me pull around to the parking spot to wait for it and I ended up waiting for a good 10 min just for a coffee . Next is when I ordered two happy meals and the guy taking my order had absolutely no regard to ask me any details about the meals such as what type of drink, apples or extra fries, what kind of sauce for the nuggets, etc. as I pulled up to the last window and asked for sauce for the meals because they didn’t give me any to begin with a completely separate lady employee told me exact words “ I’m not the one that took your order” with a VERY unpleasant tone and demeanor!
I will now avoid ordering through this drive thru from now on sadly

I was given a sausage muffin that tasted and smelled so terrible like cigarettes. It’s very clear that someone failed to wash their hands when they came back from their smoke break. I actually called before writing a review and the manager, a man with an accent, had a terrible attitude. He made no apologies at all and claimed that he doesn’t know anyone who smokes. I almost spit out my drink over the fairy tale of a restaurant where no one smokes. I was a manager at McDonald’s for a few years so I know he should have apologized and offered to make it right. I’m actually allergic to cigarettes and literally got a sore throat just from taking one bite. My muffins were indisputably contaminated with cigarettes. The employees don’t wash their hands and the manager is not accountable. This is a recipe for food sickness. Don’t eat here.

McDonalds Drive Thru what a joke, you are trying to try good food? bottom line, no one reached out to help me with my app bottom line, they told me to go into a marked drive through parking spot, no 1 showed up, no 1 helped me with app. App is uninstalled. Manager barely can speak English horrible. I explained how when I worked there 20 years ago and she agreed that customers always right and you always get them a big mack, if that’s what they want as a solution, she absolutely refused after 3 different times trying to get it right, giving her a chance again, don’t go to McDonald’s don’t use their app. There are much better places like Burger King that will take care of you and treat you number one. Bottom line, you’re worth more than a big Mac.

This McDonald’s is awful. Customer service is horrible. The language barrier is awful.They dont acknowledge customer. Those of us that doordash we need to know how long orders will take. We have to let our customers know about thier order. Thier like of communication cost us money. They need new management that knows how to greet customers and tell them about orders they are waiting on. Most unprofessional restaurant I have been in. Fix the language barrier. Have at least one manger fluent in English.

Got a double cheeseburger.. Staff was very unkind and made me wait a very long time for it. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but it was so appalling, I needed to write this down before I drove myself crazy. Jesus christ. Even the burger itself was cold.

This location gives McDonald’s a bad name. Service is awful. Employees act like they are annoyed that the have to work. Food is stopped together. Fries are always cold because the just have them prepped waiting for orders. Despite it not being busy in the lobby and that they have a lobby attendant, almost all tables were dirty. Had to clean our own table to eat.
