I have gone to this place multiple times, but for some reason this time i feel like i got overcharged. I hate it when places give a paper recipe with just numbers and it doesnt say what they are charging you for. Which is what happen here my recipe shows that i got charge for like 14 items, but i count it 12 from what we order. I have no idea what else they charge me for, plus almost $8 something of taxes i think . Has anyone noticed anything like that?

I usually never had a problem here been going here for a while but now they have some cook who complained and belittled me when I asked him for salsa. I let it go because I thought he was having a bad day. But today I had the same cook again and he did the same belittling and complaining to me this time over cutting my burrito in half. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE ANYMORE. THE COOK IS VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE AND WILL BELITTLE YOU FOR NO REASON. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. Usually love eating this place. But today I ordered steak fries and the steak was very slimey and raw to the say the least. I went back into the store to ask if I could change my meat. And this rude front counter lady with blonde highlights told me the meat is fatty it’s from the grease. The meat was slimey. I eat steak there and just in general all the time I know what it is supposed to taste like. I told her no it’s not fatty it’s nasty she which replied with “well that’s how we do it here”. Gaslighted me as a costumer and instead of trying to make it right had an attitude. Been coming here for years but not anymore.

We order quesabirrias and a milanesa torta. Torta was very good had good flavor. The quesabirrias how ever looked like plain quesadillas very dry. Flavor was ok because we had to add lemon salt salsa which makes the difference. The tortilla wasn’t even red at all like it should be.

Not only was the music too loud but they had a guy begging for change inside. We got a super burrito, when I say this is the nastiest super burrito in the bay please believe. You would have a thousand percent better burrito at metro or los Pericos in san leandro for the same price but bigger.
The burrito was soggy with pockets of lemon and an over amount of cilantro. The meat from what I could tell (around the lemon juice and cilantro) has no flavor to it.
Try the super burrito at your own risk.
I don’t review alot of places but I had to put a warning out there. Super burritos are my go to at every Mexican restaurant. Times are tight don’t waste your money on sub par burritos when there is 100s of more choices in the bay area!

I’ve been eating here for over 15 years and the food and service are always amazing and delicious. They serve the freshest ingredients and make sure everything is exactly what you ordered. I love the burritos and tacos and tamales too. The chips and salsa are very good too. Now my kids love coming as well whenever we’re back in the bay.

Loved this place back in the late 90s when I went to SLHS and still love it. My kids love the chips and cheese and quesadillas.
I always get a burrito with shrimp. My husband got the carne asada and liked that.

Warning to the Public – Possible Unethical or Fraudulent Activity
I want to bring attention to a troubling experience involving Guadalajara restaurant and AAW Towing Company in San Leandro. My vehicle was towed without any record of when it was called in or picked up. I was forced to report my car as stolen before it was even logged as towed!
This raises serious concerns about unethical or possibly fraudulent practices between the business and the towing company.
⚠️ If this has happened to you, please report it to the City of San Leandro so it can be properly investigated. The more reports they receive, the more likely this issue will be addressed.
Let’s hold businesses accountable
