I just have got to tell you about Nigel! He blessed my family this week on Saturday night. He was kind, he was thoughtful and he was present. He has a well developed gift of hospitality and I was so thankful he was there. I was on my own with two hungry little kids at dinner time, he helped me get a high chair, find those little stick on place mats, AND he actually put one on the table for my daughter. He taught me something new: if we don’t use toys, we can trade them for ice cream cones! I had no idea. And I watched him treat everyone else in that lobby exactly the same. He brought us coloring pages, crayons and smiled at everyone. I was just blown away and wanted to make sure he was recognized.

We ordered the kale side salad and discovered two large dead bugs at the bottom of the salad. This is disgusting and nasty! We are greatly concerned about the cleanliness and quality of the food at this location. BE CAREFUL.

This is the second time I have ordered a side salad with a sandwich combo and received brown near rotten lettuce! 1st time I Contacted customer service and they gave me a free French fry!! Not what I wanted. 2nd time contacted store and they said hey would have customer service contact me and take care of the problem whatever that meant. Still no contact. Both incidents happened within a 2 week time period.

If I could give 6 stars I would! If you want the best service imaginable come to this location! I worked especially with store manager Jose and the care that he give to each customer is above and beyond the basic job description. I always love eating at chick fil a because I am treated like family no matter where I go. But the kindness and attention I receive at this location was like non other.

I have deep love for Chick-fil-A. This particular Chick-fil-A is consistently the SLOWEST and most unorganized Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. It’s the only Chick-fil-A on my way to work and I’ve been coming here for a year. I might need to change my ways as I feel like the definition of insanity is pointing directly at me.

The gentleman who handed me my food at curbside pickup was so polite! Even asked me how I was doing and thanked me for visiting today. My food was hot and fresh. He looked like a manager but if he isn’t he needs a promotion! More employees need to be like that! I will be going back to this location because of his stellar customer interaction.

I genuinely make an effort to avoid leaving negative reviews, but this Chick-fil-A location stands out as the worst I’ve ever visited. Despite giving them multiple chances, their food quality consistently disappoints. The chicken is never fresh, the fries are always cold, and it appears that they use old oil for frying. Today, I ordered a milkshake that tasted spoiled. I’ll be sticking to the one on Main Street instead.

4th time in a row they’ve messed up my order. I ordered a market salad with grilled nuggets and light Italian. I received a Cobb salad, balsamic, and regular nuggets. This place is terrible since the owner has left. I will never be returning and I’ve been coming here for years.

Came here on a Friday night. Worker was rude and had the absolute worst attitude. I love ChickFilA for their customer service but this team member should not working here. He made us feel rushed, unwelcomed, and uncomfortable. When we arrived at the window to receive our food he looked at us bad as if we were bothering him. I wish there was a manager listening to the drive-thru to help. Name badge only said “ T”.
