Ordered steak fries from DoorDash and my order was terrible. As you can see on the receipt they missed many of the ingredients I asked for. Sour Cream and cheese which is essential just to name a couple. Dry meat,bdry fries, had to order from somewhere else. Waste of money, will never order from any location again!

Such great value. The best thing to do is order at the restaurant. The portions are generous. If you order for delivery you can get less protein then expected. It happened a couple of times. I always get the pork barbocoa bowl. Their salsa and tortilla and guac are all excellent. I haven’t eaten at the restaurant but it is cheerful and very clean. Also they offer free lime, pickled onion and jalapeno and unlimited salsa.

I ordered on line and order was completely messed up, they charged extra 3 dollars for guacamole, which was not there, no pico de gallo, in my and my daughter order, no fajitas vegetables, that also was an extra cost. Would not recommend it, and it also charging for something that is not provided is not a good practice for the business.

We come to Cilantro a lot after work. We love the food here and the employees are always so nice, even when busy. The guac is the best around, and I have yet to find a better Birria taco anywhere in Ohio. Every ingredient is always tasty and fresh. We have tried a good bit of the meat choices and have never been disappointed with what we get here. We haven’t been to chipotle since discovering Cilantro and we choose Cilantro 90% of the time when looking for a quick after-work meal. Way better food, better price, better people than comparable businesses. We also like supporting local businesses/ people! We hope Cilantro stays around for a long time!!

I wish I had taken a picture of the food, but I came to Cilantro Taqueria and ordered online for pickup while I was there. After being notified that my food was ready, I went and picked it up. When I opened it, they barely gave us any food. The Mexican rice was not a lot. I didn’t even move the bowl, and it was almost empty, with a little rice to the side and beef. I noticed everyone’s bowl was full, the ones who made their orders in person. I don’t know about anyone else who ordered theirs for takeout, but be careful when you order takeout because they really cheap out on your food.

My doordashed my order. I started off with the rice which was actually probably some of the best flavored rice that I’ve had so for that I was initially very impressed I ordered three tacos new Edition the first was a grilled shrimp taco a steak taco and chicken al Pastor. It came in one box which I guess I understand but it looked like a solid mass of food. No I will say that the guacamole was fresh and delicious and the cheeses were great the shrimp taco was perfect. But then I got to the steak taco that’s where the disappointment began. The actual steak was dry and tasteless. And for the chicken taco I actually added the spicy pickled red onions i didn’t realize how spicy they were and how they completely took over the entire taco. And also the chicken was so dry. What a shame just a little more juiciness to the steak and chicken would have made this a amazing over the top great meal.

Insanely large portion sizes of hot and ready Mexican food that they serve quick, tastes delicious, is super cheaper, and will keep you full well beyond a typical meal! Love that they’re open late too as it’s great to grab when you’re hungry late at night!

I am impressed with Cilantro Taqueria.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They welcome you with a hearty hello, ask you if you have any questions about the menu, and smile throughout their time with you.
The food is tasty. I’ve been twice now and have had different menu items each time. Their al pastor is delicious. It’s well-seasoned, slightly sweet, and tender. I also like their carnitas, which is so unctuous, chorizo, which is spicy and salty (in a good way), and the lengua, which has nice flavor and is very tender.
Their guacamole is fresh and flavorful. Their queso is creamy and rich. Both are served with a big bag of tortilla chips.
Moreover, their price points are reasonable. You can have a nice meal between $10-$15.
This is a great place to catch a quick bite to eat or have a casual meal. Cilantro Taqueria is an excellent addition to the east side and greater Cleveland food scene for sure.

I ordered 2 bowls, The young lady adding the vegetables couldn’t hear or understand English, I asked for the green sauce & she added sour cream! She got an attitude when I spoke up & proceeded to start doing something else, left my second bowl.So then they act like I’m not standing there & take care of the customer behind me all while laughing! Then the guy comes and loads the second bowl with green sauce smiling and laughing, when I asked for sour cream on the side, atp I asked them to make the bowl over, so the rice & meat guy makes the bowl but puts it at the end when I’m standing by the register! They really played in my face & it took everything in me not to knock everything over, safe to say I won’t be back in there! I will say the cashier was apologetic but it was too late the damage was already done.
