unfortunately this is a very close location to me so I will continue to eat here. however this place is soooo inconsistent with their portions and food. the only good thing i got was my Dr Pepper. I asked for 2 tomatoes on my burger, one was a small sliver that i ate in one bite, the other was one small one. There were pickles on one of my burgers. The first burger had a gallon of mayo on it and the second barely had any. I wish i took a picture of them because the second pictured – just looked like a completely plain burger. Fries were cold and not salty at all, but I’m used to that at this location. Better off going one location over and getting a burger at Wendy’s

Usually pretty good, but we were given the wrong order because of our car color, which is a pretty inconsistent way to get people their food. After realizing the mistake, they gave the same food to the correct person AFTER WE TOUCHED IT! Absolutely disgusting.

Fries and filet o’ fish were so old and in such bad grease (not oil at that point), that it made me sick. They have always been hit or miss on accuracy and quality, but there was nobody there and they gave me that. Update: called. Manager argued with me. Did nothing to make up for the experience. Not even to replace my food.

The staff was friendly and the service was prompt and the order was correct. The kids played at the play place while I did a zoom meeting. It was a very nice time.

We waited 15 min to order but no one bothered to take one. We called them multiple times but no response at all. Young people working here were free and chatting with each other but no one came forward to take order. Even Kiosk was not working. Don’t recommend this place at all.

This location is in a very nice area. I was disappointed that they ran out of monopoly pieces on their drinks and food, but enjoy getting food here. They are prompt and quick with making good food. Some guests linger around, but otherwise it is a good environment with a play place.

Very slow service. Girl with blue hair at drive thru was rude and had an attitude. And I ordered 3 McDoubles with Mac sauce and they hardly put any on them at all and none on one.

Never coming back to this McDonald’s

Edit: So I came back to this McDonalds after all. It was a mistake. I ordered a Mcdouble meal deal add mac sauce on the mcdouble. My fries were burnt, I did not receive the nuggets, and instead of mac sauce on the sandwich they put a bunch of mac sauce in the nugget container

I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a buy one get one sausage McMuffin. I did not receive two. When I told the employee named Deb, she immediately gave me a dirty look and told me I didn’t order two. She didn’t even look at my receipt. She walked away and returned with the second sandwich. I showed her my receipt and she refused to look at it and told me again you have to order buy one get one! Definitely not a pleasant experience and unfortunate because I’ve had good service here before. Deb appeared to be a member of the management team at this location. Prices for fast food are skyrocketing, I don’t see how you can add poor service on top of pricing and still hope to maintain and grow your customer base! Change your attitude and serve customers properly!! This shouldn’t be a difficult recipe for success.

Went inside. Kiosk was out of paper. Got my food to go. Should have checked food before I left. Fries and nuggets were old and cold. They were busy so no excuse.
