Sonic is closed- it seems like they are trying to sell it. Not open at all! There is a big open lot to the south, and apartments to the north.

Incase you were wondering why it takes you 15 minutes at the drive through, this is what goes on at your local sonic. this is what this lady was doing the entire time of my visit. all of the other ladies in there were cleaning and doing their job, then there’s this one rotten egg out of the bunch that don’t deserve a job. She didn’t even know I had already paid for my order, and they had tried charging me twice.

The milkshakes themselves are good, however the service was AWFUL.
It took 45 minutes for 3 milkshakes, then 10 more minutes for the 2 they got wrong.
The lady at the window acted like we did something wrong even though they messed up our order.
Also? They read our order back to us and STILL got it wrong?
I hope they get better management cause the current is awful if they’re allowing them to run the restaurant like that. Also? The people we had with us CURRENTLY WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE! So we were attempting to give benefit of the doubt but still absolutely atrocious how rude they were.

I placed a breakfast order through the mobile app at 11:34 AM. I arrived and I checked in on the app as I would normally do. The screen on the stall said thank you welcome back, etc. order was being prepared, etc. All normal. Only the problem is it was stuck that way for about 25 minutes while I am sitting there waiting on my food. I am watching the workers inside chase each other around laughing and playing. Normally I wouldn’t care and I am fairly patient because I don’t expect too much out of these types of places, but after 25 minutes of not receiving my food, when ordering ahead, I became a little bit annoyed. So I pushed the red button on the order menu in the stall, and when the person answered, I asked very politely if there was an issue with my order. The worker said that they did not have an order from my stall yet. I said well I placed the order on the mobile app and the screen on the stall here clearly says my name and it says that my order is being prepared. The worker then told me oh you have to press the red button when you arrive and let us know that you placed the mobile order. I asked her what was the purpose of checking in on the mobile app, and entering the stall number, if that was the case. She decided not to respond to that question and simply said my order would be out shortly. She then brought my order out and was very rude about it all when I tried to question her further about the process of placing an order through the mobile app. The thing is I place Orders through the mobile app on a regular basis and I have never had to press the red button to let them know that I was out here waiting. You always check in on the mobile app and they bring your order out within 5 to 10 minutes. Depending on how busy it is. The truth is they were inside playing around, not doing their job and did not see my order when it appeared on the screen. Again, I don’t expect too much out of places like this, but had I never pressed the red button to prompt them to get my order done, would I still be sitting here twiddling my thumbs? I don’t understand what is so difficult about working a fast food restaurant job. I worked them all throughout my high school in college years. I hate to sound old, but it honestly seems like the younger generations don’t understand what a job means (yet they want $15 an hour).

Employees were seen outside smoking and rolling marijuana in view of customers. My order was incorrectly prepared three times. Additionally, the waiter exhibited impatience and hurried service, seemingly eager to return outside. I decided to end my visit early and will not be returning.

i got three drinks. Three different ones. they all tasted kinda like tap water. the slush was straight syrup, the soda again tasted like it was mixed with unfiltered water, and the alleged cherry limeade was so bad we just poured it out to be honest lol. but it’s fine, i’m not that mad, just maybe clean some of the machines?

Even though they forgot my corn dog, I can’t be mad. Ordered ahead via the app and unlike other locations, I didn’t have any problem with that process. In addition, when I arrived it was a very minimal wait before receiving our order. All the food was super hot, fresh and all our requests were fulfilled. Everyone in the car talked about this meal into the week because it was so great when we had it. Thank you to everyone!
