Social Profile:

Delicious food, though something felt missing. I had the Palak Paneer and chapati — both well-prepared and flavorful. The space is cozy, comfortably seating around 20 guests, and the selection of authentic music adds a nice cultural touch. However, shisha is allowed indoors, which is a downside for me and anyone sensitive to smoke or with allergies. The host is very polite, welcoming, and open to feedback, which I truly appreciated.

I barely give bad reviews but we didn’t like the food here. I’d say the worst Indian I’ve eaten. We had it all take away but I don’t think it’s the reason, palak paneer was more of a soup than what it normally is. The rest was strange too, the paneer was cut in tiny weird shaped pieces, naan was too chewy, we asked for biryani and it tasted strange too.

Giving three stars for the friendly and English speaking staff and a cute/date looking restaurant itself .

But unfortunately I will not come back 🙁

A very nice and cozy cafe with Indian food (vegetarian!). The place as well as the food is very colorful. Great lunch offers! Great spot to enjoy alone and in a company. The dishes are very tasty and incredibly served. Can pack food for take away. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in St. Petersberg with good taste, beautiful ambience and Bollywood songs (retro, romantic, traditional etc.) I visited this place twice and both times the food was delicious. I ordered Kadai Paneer with chapati, however, to my surprise they served Kadai paneer with one Garlic Naan. When asked, they said its complimentary for you sir and your chapatis are on the way. I was so glad to see this. I would 500% recommend this to everyone, not just because of their humbled nature but also because of their food quality, taste, service, ambience, live background music etc.

Very nice place. I randomly stopped by, during busiest time – Friday evening and managed to get best seat outside 🙂
It’s was packed, but food arrived quite fast, nice lady helped me to choose items that can be cooked faster.
They don’t have “vegan” marked items, but I asked about few dishes that seem like it and with help I figured out what I can eat
Food was great! I highly recommend ( btw I generally avoid Indian food 🙂 because of spices)

Lady Maria is welcoming We visited a couple of times during our visit . But the new waiter Anastasia was a bit rude & confused while accommodating us .

The food portion is very less for the price you pay. The taste is good but still it’s pricey we had the same food in another restaurant n found it a bit cheaper . Seems the waiter Anastasia has a misconception that if a guest dines in they’ll be occupying the seats for 4-5 hours as she mentioned that we are fully booked . Usually when a guest arrives at restaurants the waiter asks them if it’s occupied to wait for 10-15 mins . But to us she said sry we are booked. Which made us go out of the cafe. But then I really got pissed off & I decided I would eat here only.

Atmosphere is more focused rather than food hence people only come to enjoy the atmosphere n sits for 2-3 hours rather than enjoying food.
Also the waiter thinks all the guests will accommodate for more than 3 hours . But this is incorrect, may be most of them but others specially tourists they come to eat not to sit for 3-4 hours

To the owner please keep staff who are welcoming & should at least be bilingual. Also please improve on the quantity of food.

It’s India exactly as Europe would have it: wonderful cuisine, wonderful shisha, wonderful service. Not too spicy, not too sweet, not too strong, not too impertinent. Perfect balance and excellent hospitality. A little costly, of course, but it’s worth it. Kashmir is the newest one in the network of Tea House establishments, and this time I especially liked the music, the hookah, their perfect berry “brandy” and of course the welcoming staff. Thanks a lot, hope to experience that bliss again soon!
