1st time here & the food was really good. Good portions & fresh! We ordered Chicken Breast Thyme Plate, Salmon Plate, Garlic Fries, Regular Fries & Strawberry Lemonade (which was Amazing) Our sides were mashed potatoes gravy, Mac & Cheese & fresh veggies. We will definitely return!

It’s definitely a no go for me, this place just didn’t cut it, unfortunately. When I initially saw it and was rudely and selfishly persuaded to visit, I had hoped it would work out, but sadly, it did not.
It wasn’t a complete waste of time, the restaurant was empty and quiet enough to be able to sit in peace. It’s the food that just wasn’t very good for the price and the quality that it presented itself to have. The meat was dry and the dressing was bland, even the lettuce tasted old, not fresh. It sounded good, but it just didn’t deliver.

I ordered online from this location for the first time, I added bacon to my Cajun sandwich As you see in the picture, they put overcooked burnt bacon on my sandwich, As well as overcooked hard garlic, french fries. I normally go to the downtown location. I’ll never order here again.. they don’t even answer the phone at the store, I been calling to speak to manager but no answer. I’m really disappointed.

Quick, delicious and somewhat healthy with a variety of salads, sandwiches, proteins and sides. I absolutely love their urban fries and I don’t even like blue cheese …. Something about their blend of blue cheese sauce is creamy and less pungent. The tri-tip is also pretty good too!

I’ve been here four times and it’s never improved. I had enjoyed the original on 20th and Capitol in Sacramento. This location can not pass. Hot food is room temperature and excessive plating for sides on another plate with an entree. If I can not stand Old Spaghetti Factory I think I would eat there. Yet, I wouldn’t ever eat there again .

Used to love Jack’s. I’m a vegan, and the salads were consistently gigantic and a good value, not to mention delicious…. But this time, it was just OK. There was a lot of lettuce, but they didn’t add a lot of the veggies and stuff. I asked for sweet potatoes and there were literally 3 chunks of sweet potatoes, tofu…. 4 tiny pieces of over-marinated tofu. About 6 jicama strips. It seemed really overpriced ($20) for what I got. It used to be that you had a conversation with the person making your salad and you could ask for more or less of something, but you order your salad at the register now. Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was hoppin’ but service was still fast and everyone was really friendly. I highly recommend their veg sandwich. It was so satisfying and filling! And any of their fries will make your tummy very happy.

Came by for a lunch meet up with friends and it was nice and a lot of food for the price point. I had the spicy buffalo chicken salad. It was huge and nice with the house-made buffalo sauce celery and nice apples for a sweet crunch. The others had a steak salad( best value) turkey plate( nice amount of meat and fresh veggies) and a Ruben sandwich( super yummy and decent size) we sat outside so we could chat and have the doggy join us. Overall a great place for lunch with huge salads. I think the tri tip salad is the best value today.

Good, quality food! You can tell that it’s not overly processed. My wife got an enormous caesar salad with chicken, and cheese bread, and loved them both. I got a chicken club, minus a few ingredients, and it was alright but not too filling.

Went on 4/14/18, Saturday lunch. The place was bustling with people but the line ran efficiently. Food really good. Friendly service. Enjoyed the pesto chicken sandwich and salmon bowl salad with my sister. We halved each other’s food to share and it was plenty with leftover.
