Bought food and a drink for my wife. Also asked for a water cup, in which they refused myself water. Its not like I was going to steal soda due to the fact I also bought a large baja for the order. I just personally only drink water. Never had that happen before.

I’d love to share my feedback with the management team at my neighborhood Taco Bell. While I appreciate the convenience of ordering after 10pm, I’ve noticed that my orders are often incomplete or prepared incorrectly. I see that some customers have shared negative feedback in their reviews, and I believe that management could make a positive impact by actively listening to and addressing these concerns.

My husband went late night around 12:50 am..they closed at 1 am . The staff was very accommodating..took the drive thru order and filled in in a timely manner. Friday and Saturday they’re open until 2 am. Convenient location to our house. Great late night snack

Says open until 2 a.m. but they continuously start cleaning their fryer at 1:20 a.m.

Ordered on 3 separate occasions before 1:30 a.m. and all 3 orders were canceled by this Taco Bell for their fryer out of service— similar to an annoying McDonald’s Ice Cream Machine excuse.

Management needs to retrain insubordinate employee’s or change their hours of operation to reflect the actuality of their employee’s insolence or reflect on their own mangerial inexplicable expectations for closing.

It’s a shame that you come inside and have to wait until they take care of all the drive thru orders so they can keep their time down and nobody is making orders for front counter. How stupid is that to ignore customers that took time to come inside

Love this bell! I frequent about once a week. They are always pleasant, quick, and I’ve never had an issue with wrong or cold food. I usually come around 11AM during the week.

Again tonight at the drive-thru didn’t take the order at all. We’ve been waiting for like 30 minutes and when I came up to the line, lady said hold on a second and then another 10 minutes later, I saw her she was walking around to looked at outside how big is the line and then again she said hold on a second and didn’t take the order. It’s lame service.
