Everything was absolutely amazing. Mira was one the BEST servers; very attentive and personable. The food?? THE BEST WINGS and hot pepper dip!

I ordered a large chicken finger pizza and fried pickles. My pizza had no blue cheese base like it states online and I got exactly 19 fried pickles thats 52 cents a pickle! That’s crazy when Imperial gives you a box full of fried pickles for the same price. For $50 this was extremely disappointing.

Best service I’ve had in a long time. The food was great but the service really stood out because it’s not the norm nowadays!! The staff was so nice and accommodating. All our food came out fast and hot. I can tell they pride themselves on taking care of customers. I’m not one to give out accolades on service unless it’s truly deserved so Cudos out to the Staff.

My husband and I go to Leo’s probably two times per month. We love the waitstaff! They are very friendly, personable and work extremely hard. We usually get pizza and wings, but we’ve also gotten subs, sandwiches, and the Honey Bee Fries – which are delicious! I was reading other reviews about their Take Out, which were not great, but as many times as we’ve eaten at Leo’s we’ve never had a bad experience with the food or the service.

I have had it with this “restaurant”. Leo’s is the most consistently inconsistent place I’ve ever had the displeasure of patronizing. Some days you get great food, most days you get served slop in a box. Honestly the amount of times I’ve ordered a pizza and been given soup on dough is laughable at this time.

The pizza is basically inedible majority of the time, whether slices have raw dough or the already mentioned grease soup. I’m aware that pizza isn’t a health food and can have some grease, but it’s almost as if Leo’s dumps on an extra cup of grease and calls it flavor. Or maybe it’s just the sauce, who knows, but the pizza is usually more wet than anything.

Got pizza tonight, the girl at the counter asked how they looked. I said well it looks pretty greasy and sloppy, she said not one word, and when I took it just seemed annoyed in general. Don’t open the box and ask me to tell you how it looks if you don’t want my answer.

Buffalo deserves a pizza place that treats their customers with care and respect to reflect the $32 large pizzas they’re selling. Laughable, this will be the last time I ever go to Leo’s and I’ve made it my goal to tell anyone and everyone I know how bad and lazy this place is.

***Edit after ower’s reply: just goes to show you that they really don’t care at all. Yes, they are 100% correct in the fact that there is nothing they can do to change my mind, I have lived just down the road for years and have gone to them mainly for the convenience for years as well. This isn’t a “I’m having a bad day, let’s take it out on Leo’s” situation. This is years of the place getting continuously worse, it’s a pattern, it shows they don’t care or don’t want to get better but instead rely on the fact that they are an “established” restaurant and don’t have to try anymore. Shame on me for continuing to give them a chance I guess, I just really thought the 1 out of 10 quality you get from them normally would hopefully turn into a 9 out of 10 establishment. Wishful thinking I guess, dumb of me for sure.

And for the record, to the owner or whoever made the reply to my review post, no I don’t want to call and hear some disingenuous reply to try and placate me and shut me up. I’m not going to sit in your god-awful pickup waiting area for another 30 minutes for you to re-make the pizza, it should have been made correctly in the first 30 minutes you had. Especially since you’re such a good quality “established” restaurant. If you want some honest feedback, the only thing that would satisfy me at this point is if Leo’s either straight up goes out of business and closes down, or have they grow a backbone, own up to their continuous decline in quality and actually TRY to be a good place worthy of the community’s patronage. We’re all tired of paying thru the nose for a sub-par pizza of all things and being told that’s the quality we should be happy for. Enough is enough, the only thing people like this understand is money and they will no longer be getting mine and if I can help it, no one else’s that I have the chance to talk to.

Food is always good and I usually get the take out but I have to say 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong and I have to wait for them to fix it. When you spend $100 on an order I feel like it should be right. I was 10 minutes late picking up my order today and they forgot my order of wings. Happens pretty often. So check your order when leaving.

There is a Leo’s in S. Buffalo near where I live and they have great pizza. My wife and I were staying out in Orchard Park so we decided to order from the Leos out there. Needless to say it met our expectations and then some. if you ever need either one, I highly recommend you try it.

We get pizza from Leo’s almost every Wednesday. Unfortunately our pizza was so bad when the girl showed it to me and said oh my I am very sorry. She offered to make another one and asked me to wait 25 minutes. I just didn’t have time so I took the bad pizza and paid for it. Will be the last time we go back there. 3 slices were just all dough, no sauce or cheese just a few pepperonis tossed on top. Just a shame.

We came up there for a Dr appointment and after that we all wanted pizza so we came here. We ordered a large pizza, 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and we got a large all pepperoni. We mentioned it to the waitress and she took it away. Then came back with it and said that they will make us a small cheese pizza for us for free and we were good with that. The pizza was really good and so were the bread sticks we ordered. We will definitely be back
