The pizza is basically inedible majority of the time, whether slices have raw dough or the already mentioned grease soup. I’m aware that pizza isn’t a health food and can have some grease, but it’s almost as if Leo’s dumps on an extra cup of grease and calls it flavor. Or maybe it’s just the sauce, who knows, but the pizza is usually more wet than anything.
Got pizza tonight, the girl at the counter asked how they looked. I said well it looks pretty greasy and sloppy, she said not one word, and when I took it just seemed annoyed in general. Don’t open the box and ask me to tell you how it looks if you don’t want my answer.
Buffalo deserves a pizza place that treats their customers with care and respect to reflect the $32 large pizzas they’re selling. Laughable, this will be the last time I ever go to Leo’s and I’ve made it my goal to tell anyone and everyone I know how bad and lazy this place is.
***Edit after ower’s reply: just goes to show you that they really don’t care at all. Yes, they are 100% correct in the fact that there is nothing they can do to change my mind, I have lived just down the road for years and have gone to them mainly for the convenience for years as well. This isn’t a “I’m having a bad day, let’s take it out on Leo’s” situation. This is years of the place getting continuously worse, it’s a pattern, it shows they don’t care or don’t want to get better but instead rely on the fact that they are an “established” restaurant and don’t have to try anymore. Shame on me for continuing to give them a chance I guess, I just really thought the 1 out of 10 quality you get from them normally would hopefully turn into a 9 out of 10 establishment. Wishful thinking I guess, dumb of me for sure.
And for the record, to the owner or whoever made the reply to my review post, no I don’t want to call and hear some disingenuous reply to try and placate me and shut me up. I’m not going to sit in your god-awful pickup waiting area for another 30 minutes for you to re-make the pizza, it should have been made correctly in the first 30 minutes you had. Especially since you’re such a good quality “established” restaurant. If you want some honest feedback, the only thing that would satisfy me at this point is if Leo’s either straight up goes out of business and closes down, or have they grow a backbone, own up to their continuous decline in quality and actually TRY to be a good place worthy of the community’s patronage. We’re all tired of paying thru the nose for a sub-par pizza of all things and being told that’s the quality we should be happy for. Enough is enough, the only thing people like this understand is money and they will no longer be getting mine and if I can help it, no one else’s that I have the chance to talk to.
