I stopped in to try the New Real Country Style Rib Sandwich. It was pretty good, more of a smokehouse flavor than BBQ.
Not my favorite sandwich. Staff was friendly and the sandwich came quickly.
The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking.

Awful experience. I should’ve taken the empty parking lot as a warning sign. When I paused to look over the menu, the man taking my order seemed annoyed that I needed a moment. I ordered two buffalo chicken sliders and a classic lemonade. One of the sliders was literally wrapped with the chicken next to the bun instead of inside—it was a total mess when I unwrapped it. The lemonade, which I’ve enjoyed at other locations, was so bad it tasted like it came from a dirty container. Overall, disgusting experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Came in with a discount card being sold by the Boy scouts of america. Of course they didn’t honor it. No big deal, the whole families with me everyone’s hungry so let’s eat!
Ordered a few sandwiches and the new steak bites etc. Waited 20 minutes and still had no food to eat!!!
Went to the counter, asked for my money back and was told “Oh your food is coming right now.” Told em I don’t care, I want my money back! Got my refund and took the family elsewhere to eat.

Arby’s offers occasionally their delicious chicken pecan salad sandwich. Unfortunately it is now a chicken pecan flavored sandwich. It is mostly dry bread and little filling. Arby’s marketing is out of touch with restaurant requirements. The image they use is how the sandwich was served 8 years ago. Not sure how they get away with this false advertisement. See photos of recent purchase. Look at all the nonexistent filling seen between the bread slices, just “like” the advertisers picture posted online and their order board. I hope corporate responds.
