Very disappointed this location has went downhill. Food was disgusting and dried out fries tasted like a salt bottle. The one girl had an attitude. Will not be eating at this dump again. Only thing that was good ice cream and the gravy.

Wonderful place to stop for an ice cream. Took family there for surprise dinner (got everyone banana splits). Delicious! This branch uses app which gives some great deals. Service was fast and friendly.

Today 12/16 I went to this location to purchase a cake. The young lady working the counter was extremely rude from the beginning of our interaction. I had a few questions and she acted like it was to much for her to help. So I proceed to pick a cake and ask if she can write on it, when she brought the cake back up it was almost illegible, and looked as if a 2 year old had wrote on the cake. She was snarking and making remarks to her coworkers while I and others were waiting. She also did not want to give a receipt for me to complete the survey. I will NEVER go back to this location and I will NOT recommend this location to nobody.

Stopped in to get one peanut butter shake and we arrived in the drive through at 8:32 pm and we got through the drive through at 9:03 pm. It took 31 minutes. I was trapped in the queue and couldn’t leave. The $4.45 milk shake cost probably $20 once I was through waiting in the drive through queue for a half an hour. I will probably not return to this location. What was interesting is they had a tip jar at rye window that they were throwing money into however, I did not tip for that long service. There must be standards for this drive through service and I’m sure you’re not meeting them.

Don’t have oreo shakes. They said no candies in shakes because of the cup breaking but I called other locations and Oreo was stated as the only candy they can do. Just weird this location is a no for me.

Ice cream for dinner, sounds good to me! Lol. The service was super friendly tonight, though there was a little wait. I also wish they would put stickers on the blizzards, that said what they are..I had to taste them to figure out which ice cream was mine… I didn’t buy food today, but I do love their chicken strip basket, with bbq sauce.

I ordered a birthday cake over a week ahead of time. It was not ready. They did give me some money off. They spelled my daughter‘s name wrong.

The food is good when it’s fresh. The ice cream is good about a quarter of the time. The blizzards simply don’t match up to other locations.. They don’t seem to care if you pay for extra toppings- We tried making the blizzards taste like other locations by asking/ paying for extras but it seems like they put less, regardless of requests. We will skip this location in the future.
