If this place had ZERO stars, that is what i would rate our experience. We went through the Drive Thru as we do not live in the area, we live far out in Tucson. We were told to pull to the front as we had a big order.. waited out there for about 10 minutes for our order, I entrusted that our order was complete and accurate.. The employee Francisco confirmed the order and we left. Not checking the bags completely besides noticing that the wrong burger was put in the bag. I got down to let them know and a fresh correct burger was made at no charge. However, we get to our destination and the burger orders were completely wrong and ALL 4 drinks of 3 Powerade and 1 Raspberry Tea (Fuze) were flat… I even told the employees to taste the powerade and tea so they could clearly see I wasn’t lying and they simply declined. E were missing an order of fries and the fried zucchini was smashed and the carton wasnt even full. I had been calling the store for 30 minutes prior to arrival and Francisco and another gentleman (employee) were standing at the counter conversating, he stated they dont answer the phone after a certain time. I said thats fine, well I am here now and explained to him what happened. He said he had to call his manager and went in the back to talk to her, he came back and asked me if I had the food and drinks and I said no, my husband threw EVERYTHING away in the big trash can in the garage and I wasnt going to go inside the trash can to dig for the food and cups. If they would have answered the phone then the interection could have went a different way. He slightly caught and attitude and said have a good night with sarcasm and walked of and said “Ugh”. Completely unprofessional and rude to the customer, point blank period. I had to go to another food establishment to get food since “I wasn’t getting a refund”… I will NEVER recommend nor eat at this establishment EVER again…. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint as well because this experience was completely uncalled for and the food and experience was unpleasant.

Frequent stop of mine for their fried zucchini snack with ranch dip. Round slices, nicely breaded and fried just right. One of the few local fast food places with fried zucchini on the menu. Friendly service at the counter. No kiosk to deal with.

Service was appalling. I ordered a deluxe meal with an upgrade to onion rings and they wanted to charge me for dipping sauce for my onion rings. Not even a free ketchup packet. Sorry, but that’s not acceptable. Last time I eat there.

Always better then Hardee’s. Very good breakfast with my son. Today was my first bad Biscuits and Gravy. I’ve ever had here. It tasted like eating Salt. One bad Biscuits and Gravy will not stop me from coming. It will lower Carl’s Jr to three Staff was Friendly and Polite. 11/16 Got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast. It was delicious! 12/15 breakfast and staff we’re both outstanding. 9/4/19 Biscuits and gravy with orange juice was delicious 9/5/19 Burger King wasn’t open at 6 am. So I came to Carl’s Jr to get breakfast Great place for breakfast any morning 11/16/20 Biscuits and Gravy great like before

Stopped in after coming back from Nogalas. Wasn’t that hard to find. A little ways off from the freeway. Was clean and quiet inside. The staff was super friendly. Food came out fast before I could finishing filling the drinks. Fries were fresh and burgers actually had a good amount of sauce on them. Definitely one of the better Carl’s Jr I’ve been too. Will stop back in if I’m in the area again.

Came into the restaurant with a large order for my employees. 30 cheese burgers and 30 medium frys. The efficiency and coordination of all the restaurant employees was top notch. Everyone worked to complete the order while also making sure drive through orders did not come out late or get forgot, while also getting the larger order out in a good time frame that the food was still hot for my employees. The general manager was very nice and so helpful in getting the order complete. Thank you very much for the hard work!! Great job!!

My husband had gone inside to get this order and he asked a woman that was sitting there if she was the manager of the location due to her doing some paper things. She proceeded to say that she was the district or general manager. She asked if she could help him and he proceeded to let her know that we never have issues with this location. That the majority of the time we go to the one on old nogales highway or duval mine rd since it’s close to home. He told her our orders are always correct and not getting messed up like the way McDonald’s does it. That we get treated with a welcoming and our orders get verified to make it is correct. She was very pleased when he told her that. We like going there.
