Such great food! I had eggs, grits, biscuit and crab cake. It was fresh, hot and seasoned wonderfully. My husband had the eggs, hashbrowns, biscuit, and smothered shrimp. Out of this world! He also said the biscuit was the best he ever had. For a 60 year old guys, that says alot!

Well worth the drive from Beaufort. The seafood omelette was absolutely loaded with shrimp and deviled crab. The biscuits were easily in the Top 3 of any I’ve ever had. The crab stew was pure bliss. We’ll definitely be back. Service was a little slow; but, they were busy on a Saturday morning.

Amazing biscuits and gravy with grits eggs pancakes on the side!! Loved the flaky fluffy soft delicious biscuits! Swoon … melt in your mouth good. Small locally owned business… if I lived here this would be my daily weekly must-go place! Thank you

Updated Review:

This is my third time here, the first time was amazing but the second time was a major fail I won’t speak on what I found in the food because I immediately got sick and couldn’t take a picture. They say third times a charm but it wasn’t. I ordered my salmon croquettes breakfast and I only ate 25%, my friend didn’t care too much for his food and our biscuits were dry and burnt. We didn’t complain about anything but we asked them to replace the biscuits kindly and they said they couldn’t. I thought that was outrageous and I probably won’t be back.

FIRST REVIEW: I’ve been wanting to try Narobia’s for a couple of months and finally got the chance. It was pretty much packed when we arrived but in my opinion the food came out relatively quick considering the amount of people waiting.

I ordered the Salmon Croquette breakfast that comes with eggs and either grits/hashbrown/home style potatoes and a couple other options. The Salmon Patty took me back to my grandmas table and it genuinely filled my heart with joy. The amount of love in everything we ate was overflowing.

The cheese grits with real cheddar was great and the eggs weren’t too bad. The pancakes were some of the best I’ve ever had (and I don’t really like pancakes). They were fluffy and crispy around the edges with a great amount of butter. The BISCUITS stole the show for me, I was only able to take a bite (packed it to go, went to reheat my food and dropped the biscuit along with my pride).

Needless to say I’m going back ASAP because I need a rematch with my biscuit and I want to try more things on their menu.

You won’t be disappointed, but don’t rush good food and don’t let the wait make you subtract a star!!

Food was delicious but service was terrible. I don’t know if they were short-staffed today but after being sat immediately upon arriving, we waited over 1 1/2 hours for our food to arrive. We never got the coffee refill I asked for, my wife had to get up and ask for sugar for her tea, and we had to remind the waiter (there was only 1 taking care of all the tables) we were missing the biscuits that came with our breakfast after it finally arrived…they were brought 10 minutes later after we were almost done. This place seems better suited to order food online, not to eat at it. I’d do that next time cause the food really is delicious.

This was recently rated “best breakfast in Georgia” on a Yahoo feed that popped up. We were in Savannah anyway so I figured we’d try it. Restaurant is just a small, bland interior, but clean and inviting. It appeared most people were getting orders to go, although we ate in. This doesn’t seem like a tourist destination;l (which is great IMO) – the crowd was definitely local and this is on the far south end of town away from the bustle of downtown. Food was top notch. I had a half order of B+G and she had crab cake and eggs. We each sampled each other’s food so I’m confident in recommending both those dishes. Crab cakes were deliciously spicy and the gravy on the biscuits was different but amazing – like a brown gravy with turkey sausage, mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Would eat there again!

Loved the food and the server was a very polite, young gentleman. They forgot my fork and knife, thats all I have to gripe about really lol. Nothing else. Prices are phenomenal, especially for Savannah

Hi everyone, my friend had told me to try this restaurant spot for my first time there and I was disappointed about everything. My meal presentation was good but the taste wasn’t. Honestly I’ve never seen burnt Biscuits and Hot Cakes in my life time until I came here and the smothered shrimp was ok but it could’ve been better and the girts were too damn soupy. And my waiter didn’t come back to check up on me. So like the Service to me was horrible.

delicious breakfast this morning at Narobi’s Grits and Gravy! The flavors were perfect, and everything was cooked to perfection. From the creamy, rich grits to the savory gravy, each bite was better than the last. I can’t even fully explain how satisfied I was with my meal – it was just that good. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hearty and flavorful breakfast in Narobi!”
