I have spent a lot of time in Mexican markets, and these guys hold up pretty well, especially being stuck in a town that doesn’t have a lot of Latine presence.
I have eaten just about everything from their hot food selection and everything is really good. Reminds me of some of the food I had on trips in Mexico.
The market is laid out well and had really good selection. I will note you have to get in early if you want any of their amazing flan.
Every employee I have interacted with has been helpful and friendly, and despite what some rotten Karen’s have tried to lie and say, have never been treated differently than non white patrons. The people saying that are just rotten people trying to attack.a hard working family business.
In short, this is a great place for prepared Mexican food or to pick up ingredients to make your own.

Fantastic local Hispanic Groceries and Restaurant. We were there for the annual Hatch Chili roast. They roast the fresh Hatch Chilis right in the parking lot. A must try place!

We really love De Leon. The valley location market is our favorite as we love to stock up on groceries for cooking at home as well as eating in the deli restaurant area. Everything is fresh and delicious, from the wonderful baked goods, to fresh produce, to yummy soft taco shells of many varieties. Every time we go we like to try at least one new thing we haven’t before. This has led us to wonderful new flavors and recipes. Honestly, one of our favorite locations in Spokane. Wish they had some Idaho locations like Post Falls and Coeur d’ Alene!

Purchased just about one of everything off of the catering menu for about 130 people. Customer service was fantastic, accuracy of my order was 100%, and they helped load my car with all the food. Everyone raved about the food and people went back for seconds and thirds. Highly recommend for catering services!!

Great store and decent food from the kitchen. The chili Verde which is boneless pork in green salsa was delicious and tender. Custom service was great. Store was nice and clean. If you need authentic Mexican ingredients, this is the best place in the area to find them. The dopes were super delicious, we tried beef and chicken, both were super good. The salsa they give you is good as well, just not very hot. Overall a great place to get some groceries and and quick bite to take home. PS, the guacamole is mine.

Their food here is always so good, and a really great value – especially when compared to fast food and quick service restaurants.
Their tortillas and pre-made salsas are a can’t miss.
Their butcher section is great, especially the pre-marinated meats, like carne asada – very reasonably priced, and you don’t need to deal with the marinade yourself.
All the staff are amazing too.

Now we have another favorite Mexican restaurant to go to! We ordered the Enchiladas Verde Plate, Chicken Nachos & the Tacos de Pollo combo plate. All were fresh, great flavor and perfect portions. Looking forward to eating/ordering there again.

As good as it’s always been. Had a hankering for their Rellenos, and grabbed a bunch, with the fixin’s. I didn’t expect (or ask) for it, but the nice gal at the deli counter put it together with oven-ready tins, and it made it incredibly easy to bake a delicious side to our Sunday meal. Either De Leon’s market you visit is one of the safest bets for pure deliciousness. Selection for everything Mex is always the best in our area. No doubt…
