So we went through the drive thru okay, and they never brought us out Frostys, didn’t give me the sauce I asked for for my Nugget meal, and didn’t give us the crackers we asked for for the chili. The people seemed nice enough, service wasn’t there, and who knows maybe it was busy and what it and maybe they weren’t having a day. Still not all too pleased but the food was pretty good.

I came with a friend for a quick bite, and I just have to say Stephen is the worker every boss wishes they had. Always helpful, super friendly, and genuinely makes every customer feel valued. Truly the best fast food experience I have ever had.
We also overheard the customers after us mentioning how kind he was as well lol.. It’s rare to come across someone like Stephen.

A few years ago back when I lived in Lansing I came to this location often, and it was awesome. Now the person in the drive thru takes your order hastily but doesn’t even get it all. Asks you to repeat it then says I got you, yet the order was wrong. A Dr Pepper and sprite turned into 2 cokes, a number 8 no tomato or lettuce came with mayo and pickle?? And I ordered cheese sauce I did not receive. Maybe take your time taking orders for accuracy! And the sandwich maker needs to recall ingredients on the correct sandwich.

Saint what it used to be and they hire the slowest staff. I love it how everywhere you go now they have this counter to make sure that they serve you inappropriate amount of time. At all fast food restaurants. So they all make you go and wait so they can take forever to give you the food or whatever the hell they want. I wonder if their corporate overlords know that’s hilarious.

Let me start by saying this is easily the best fast food experience I have had in the greater Lansing area within the last 20 years. It’s certainly better than any experience with McDonald’s I’ve had.
My associates and I tend to be a fairly tame group at the worst of times but we do still get to conversing. We also ordered a great deal of food. Despite this , the crew of this location were able to get our order out much faster than we anticipated and were quite hospitable and tolerant of our conversation. We tried to leave the place as we found it, took care of our trash, etc.
Apparently , we arrived at the tail end of lunch rush and there had been some feelings about how busy they’d been. So I want to reiterate here that we really appreciated, how kind and how fast and efficient the crew were with us.
Let me be blunt: I have never found a reason to give out five stars before. I’m giving them here for atmosphere and service.

Wish there was a way for me to show you footage of my experience at this restaurant. It was unique to my life. As I was standing in line, I saw the fry guy tell the drive-through co-worker bleep words and other juicy words. The manager was standing there observing everything, but this did not seem to concern her too much. “Luckily” there was more stimulation to be had as I noticed a 25-year-old woman threaten an eighty year-old woman! They were strangers! It was then that I realized I was in a very special portal to the dark side and realized I should go. Then I got my receipt. The total was $6.66 lol. Like. Anyways, that’s one way to get dinner and a show.

Went through the drive thru. Rolled up to the window and it was loud inside, I don’t think the order taker even heard me right. They consistently mess up orders. Usually I let it go. Today they didn’t put the chicken on the salad that always comes with it on there and forgot the chicken nuggets from the order. What’s worse is if I want a refund I have to drive back up there, they couldn’t just do it over the phone.

This location sucks. I spend so much money in there only to be disappointed more times then satisfied. Most recently I ordered food waited 30 mins in the line and received cold food, no sauce, or straws and unfortunately this is the closest location to my house they need new managers at night, employees standing on the phone doing nothing and for there to still be stuff missing and incorrect. Somebody help them!!!

Every single time I come to this location I’m always waiting 10 15 minutes for my food. That’s not the issue. The issues is that after waiting that long you’d think your getting fresh hot food. My food is almost cold every single time.
