I recently just visited Burger 21 and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The fries and sauces were also amazing and paired perfectly with the meal. The restaurant itself was clean, welcoming, and had a comfortable atmosphere.

This Burger 21 has been the go-to spot for my friend and me for years, and it has only gotten better with time. The Cheezy Wednesday has been something that helped my friends and I connect each time because the quality has only increased with time. The service as well is always very attentive and never given me any issues at all!! The store itself is clean, attractive, and feels very inviting to just sit down and chow in. Few places have been able to keep me as consistent a customer as this Burger 21 has, and I’d recommend anyone who has never been to come and try any of their burgers. I especially recommend the Cheezy Wednesday deal and trying the multitude of sauces they have because they BANG!!

In the last 2 years that I have been going to this location the food has been fresh, tasty and seasoned just right. The dine-in presentation is on point and the to-go orders are packed neatly and thoughtfully.
I never have to wait too long for my order. I am almost always offered a cup of water while I wait, which is a thoughtful gesture that is always appreciated!
The shakes are freshly crafted and you can taste the quality of the ingredients.
The inside and outside dining area are well kept and the bathrooms are very clean.
The staff is always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. If you want the best menu item recommendations then you must ask Anna…she must be a foodie like myself bc she is always spot on!
The managers are always engaged and are always bouncing around to help and that’s a pleasant sight to see.

Food isn’t bad. But unfortunately – this isn’t a legit restaurant. You can’t think getting 2 burgers – 2 drinks – 2 fries, $3.99 for fountain drinks is beyond ridiculous. It shouldn’t cost over $40 bucks to eat here for 2 people, Which is crazy. At that point, you can go to red Robin and get unlimited sides – unlimited refills for about eight dollars less. This isn’t a bad place, just the cost is crazy. Then they wanna charge $0.50 to add lettuce to a kids burger ( I mean come on ? Haha $0.50 hahaha!

I can’t say enough good things about this location! Their dedication to making this a safe place for people with a gluten intolerance to eat doesn’t go unnoticed. We ordered through a delivery app and there were options listed as GF which I genuinely never see – especially on a delivery app! To top it all off, they bagged the GF items separately from the regular items. Truly above and beyond and genuinely appreciated!!
