I visit the Franklin McDonald’s in the Franklin Plaza often, maybe a little too often. Anthony in the first window always has a smile on his face and is super courteous. He truly seems to enjoy his job and his customers. Ericka that’s always at the second window always really nice as well and always thanks me and does a great job getting the food out and taking care of her customers. I just wanted to give a shout out to these two individuals. The food is always good but honestly the service I receive there is the reason I keep going there. Some days you just need your McDonalds fries, a Diet Coke and a dose of smiles and great service! Thank you Ericka and Anthony for always making my visits so pleasant.

I had the best experience at this McDonald’s the other day. It’s a McDonald’s you know, but I ran in real quick to grab Something real quick. I left something that was important to me on the counter. . I ran back in just a few minutes later, and I think it was a manager. Her name was Erica. She had stuck it away for me and gave it right back to me. Super nice friendly. The service there was great. The food was good McDonald’s food you know but the employees Make a difference and Erica is a great employee. Please thank her for her kindness.

We had a great time on Black Friday stopping in for a bite. McDonald’s now has a “Basket of Fries” which we thoroughly enjoyed. Should probably be shared between people but I ate all of them. It was delicious and we had a great time.

Complaint! Ordered two ice cream sundaes, the ice cream was not creamy like most McDonald’s! was like eating ( ice milk! ) cheaper stuff! I was very disappointed in McDonald’s!

Food is OK, but receiving it is far more difficult than it should be. Sauces are never included, even though they are always repeated back at time of order and appear on the receipt. Actually, this LAST order, the sauces miraculously made it in the bag… but the fries did not, which is why it was, and will forever remain, the LAST order here.
