Was less than average. The wings I ordered came out over cooked. The waitress had asked me if I wanted them “crispy,” which I declined. She may have asked that because they’d over cooked a previous order. Then, the buffalo sauce was only one side of the wings. Really, just kind of meatless. Also, I like to play trivia when I’m in a BWW. Well, the game was active on the app, but none of the monitors were turned to the game. First time for that. Underwhelming visit

After almost 2 hours of sitting at the table Our food came out cold, (Id assume the grills were shut off before we arrived cuz it was slow and they was shutting down) and we let our waitress know. She handled the situation the best she could and was polite and understanding throughout none of this falls on her. Unfortunately, the manager chose to stay in the back and had the waitress doing all of her dirty work instead of addressing the issue herself.
When the manager finally came out, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she immediately threatened to call the police simply because we were dissatisfied and asked for a reasonable remedy. That reaction alone was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
The manager claimed the food was “fresh,” but said I personally watched it SITTING on the counter, so that explanation doesn’t hold up. Again, the waitress did everything she possibly could under the circumstances this was clearly a management issue.
After experiencing this firsthand, I now understand why the Google reviews look the way they do. That should have been our warning sign. Management seriously needs to step back and address these issues directly, because treating customers this way will absolutely cost you business in the long run.
Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately, that’s where this experience failed.

Ordered a delivery got some of the food not all of it. Then the cookies for dessert are burnt and didn’t get the ice-cream with it. Called tried to talk to mgr. Rude unhelpful person. Said not responsible because it was delivery and nothing is wrong with cookies not burnt. Looks burnt to me. See for yourself in pic.

We just went today with a party of six. Two of which were kids. We all did the pick 6 deal.
First. Our onion rings were doughy and undercooked. We sent them back. They came back burnt.
Second. We had ordered chips and salsa. The chips were undercooked so we just decided to let it go. We didn’t want to be difficult.
Then the meals came. When they came, my mother in laws wings were boneless and should have been bone in. We sent them back. Then the waitress said go ahead and keep the boneless ones. My mother in law tried to eat one and they were rock hard. Way over cooked. My daughter’s tatter-tots and chicken strips were also so hard and over cooked that she couldn’t eat her meal. We complained to the manager.
She comped both tickets 10$. Which on our ticket covered the meal not ate by our child.
But on our mother in laws ticket they also only covered 10$. We had so many issues and nothing was really fixed.
Then my mother in law had a rewards for a free onion ring but because the manager gave her a ten dollar discount it wouldn’t let her get the onion wings free. They told her to come back next time and they would give her a free onion wings.
Why would we want to return? The manager really didn’t seem to care or fix the amount of issues we had. The service wasn’t that great. And the wings were literally miniature sized.
This was the worst meal we have ever had from there. Really disappointed.

About a week ago I originally ordered a value meal online that was 20 wings and a fry. We picked it up, and there were only 12 wings. I called the store, and they offered us a credit of 15 wings. Great, this is even nicer than I hoped for.
However, we just used the credit today and ordered by phone, and when we opened it up at home, there was buffalo sauce on it instead of mild bbq sauce. Even the outside of the box and receipt said mild. We felt there was no point in calling to correct it, so my spouse decided to eat it even though he’s not huge on buffalo. I chose not to eat any as I’m not a fan of buffalo.
We had no issues when we dined in here before, but both take out orders have been disappointing. We’ll eat in person rather than to go if we come back.

Food is good. Service is god awful every damn time. Its 7 pm on a friday night how is their 4 separate people untreated at your door. Every time I go in nobody is ever there to greet you. Terrible attitudes . Lighten up you work in the SERVICE INDUSTRY . I got 5 spicy dippers and you forget my sauces. U bag up a chicken tender order without any sauce? Always half minded effort from the employees obviously stems from leadership. Do better .

Always great when we come in here. It’s a hidden gem, because there’s not usually too many people here. You can get excellent service from the bar, you can get great service from the kitchen. You get what’s expected. The sauce selection is amazing. the Thai curry is the best sauce.

We were staying at Great Wolf Lodge. Decided to order take out here one night. Terrible decision. They forgot to make our appetizer, fortunately I checked before we pulled out. So, went back in, waited a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me, and told them they did not give me my appetizer. OK no problem, well have that right out. Cool, two toddlers hungry in the car so hopefully not too long, waiting… waiting… hostess comes back out and says oh it’ll only be two more minutes. Cool, waiting…. waiting… 15 minutes later I get my appetizer. Never offered to keep the original order warm which by the time we ate was an hour after we picked up. To make matters worse there was a hair in our cheese curds and they didn’t pack the sauces we requested. This place sucks man. So many other choices in this area, GO SOMEHWERE ELSE.

If you eat here please don’t take a drug test afterwards. The smell of marijuana is absolutely everywhere. I ate there 3 weeks ago and have put off writing this because everything I could think to say was inappropriate for a public setting. When we walked in I should of walked right back out. It would be different if it was the customers but it’s the staff doing it. Our waitress was slow because she had to take a smoke break and when she came back in well let’s just say she smelled like straight marijuana! Lobby?? Yup smelled that way too. And don’t go to the bathrooms!!!! Bathrooms are the smoke shack I guess. One thing I have learned about restaurants is what you see is a direct reflection of the leadership and administrative staff. Well this location needs a complete overhaul.

3-3 of the orders were either incorrect or not placed. I understand that there is a staffing shortage everywhere, but we were only 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Also, found it upsetting when the waitress orders and essentially up charges us for different food we didn’t want. Bdubbs are a dime a dozen, plenty of different and better options in the surrounding area.
