The person taking my order had to be corrected multiple times for a simple order: two sandwiches, one large fry. No modifications or added complications. Additionally, they wanted to charge $.50 per sauce if we wanted sauce. Finally, halfway through eating my burger, I realized it they somehow undercooked a single patty burger. Avoid.

I was here a couple of years ago and encountered a very nasty/sassy cashier taking my order. Therefore, I have not been back since. However, I recently decided to drive thru from work. I was hungry, tired, and did not feel like cooking. Thankfully, the cashier was PHENOMENAL. He even helped me with the app at the register. I hope he gets a raise/promotion and becomes manager someday. He deserves recognition for his diligent and dedicated customer service. Keep it up, Wendy’s!

I haven’t lived near Van Dorn Street since 2017, I can tell that the customer service has gone down drastically. Had to wait a few minute for someone to take my order to eat it in (they need to have more people trained to work the cash register not just the manager). The cleanliness of the inside was decent.

My recent visit to this Wendy’s raised significant concerns about hygiene practices and customer service. When I received my drink cup, I noticed that the cashier’s fingers were placed directly on the rim. Immediately afterward, he sneezed. Given the circumstances, I felt it was reasonable to politely request a different cup. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the cashier reacted with visible irritation. Later, when I asked for a sauce that typically comes with my order, he declined to provide it. The refusal appeared to be in direct response to my earlier request, which made the situation even more disappointing. This experience left me with serious reservations about the level of training and oversight at this location. Basic hygiene protocols and respectful customer interaction are fundamental expectations in any food-service environment. Unfortunately, during this visit, those expectations were not met

We had salads, chili, potatoes and burgers, ate on the premises.
The positives: The staff was friendly and worked quickly. The order was correctly filled. The food was fresh (I’ve had rubber burger at some FF chains) and they didn’t skimp on portions. The baked potatoes were fluffy not hard. By far one of the best Wendy’s in the area.
Cons: We had to wipe our table and ketchup ran out. To be fair they were very busy and filled the ketchup dispenser while we were finishing our meal.

– been here a few times and each time the food is never fresh, fries are always old and the chicken nuggets this time around seems like they were under a heat lamp for way too long. The burger was decent though.

My Hanitizer
Always clean, good staff and the freestyle coke machine is a great addition. I like this place , it has good vibes and not as many weirdos frequent it. Kids love it and the food is always what is expected. I wish the parking or getting in or out is easier.

No chickens on either Cobb salad, tomatoes looked like as if left overs from being peeled. I’ve never written such a negative rvw… they got the 1 thing I asked for correct (1 no bacon).

Update: they are now doing specials like the 4 for $4 and have just reopened from a remodel. Location is finally nice. It also now has Coca Cola Freestyle instead of having employees provide refills.
Employees not very polite. Have never answered phone before. They don’t do any specials ever advertised on television or online.
