Guess there is a reason I only get Macdonalds when traveling and need something fast. Saw the snack wrap deal, so thought I’d give it a try for lunch today. Not even close to what I remember. From the picture you can see how tiny they are now, and nothing in them. I do remember the drive thru mistakes (ordered on app). Ordered 2 medium fries and a small. Received 2 small and a medium. Also, Ice cold fries and food. Place was dead too.

Ordered door dash happy meal. It was missing fries. The burger was greasy and looked like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Next morning went through drive thru with 1 person ahead of me it took 4 minutes. The person ahead me just ordered a coffee and sandwich. I ordered a coffee I went to taste it and there was paper in the coffee. Total time spent at drive thru 9 minutes.

Decided to try the new buffalo chicken sandwich today. Get home and I have a plain piece of chicken with buffalo sauce, no bacon no cheese no lettuce tomato nothing. I threw it straight in the garbage and the fries because there’s nothing more upsetting especially in this economy than wasting my money. And too angry to drive back. It amazes me that people with the simplest jobs can’t do them properly. Will not go back to this location I will drive to Greece where I’ve never had this issue.

This mcdonald is the absolute worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. I live nearby and every single time I go. The food is old and nasty. Never fresh. Workers are rude and lazy. This business is the worst out of all of the mcdonalds in the area. Should be ashamed to be a worker at this location. Begging for more money to give us ahit food when we use our HARD EARNED MONEY for a quick meal. Disgusting.

This location is hands down one of the worst locations in Rochester. Every time we order they forget something. And God forbid you go back in to get what they forgot just to be greeted by a manager high as a kite filled with nothing but attitude. No wonder when you go to Burger King they say thank you for choosing the king over the clown.

They did not give me my 3 cents change. When I asked them for the 3 penny’s they said they dont have it and wound not give me a nickel. I returned the food and called the manager and they said they don’t give penny’s meaning they rip off hundreds of people a day. I will not go back.

1 star because I cant give 0. Ordered ahead and when I got to the drive-through was very rudely told (not even greeted) by the woman on the other end that they weren’t accepting online orders (lie) and I would need to cancel it and pay cash. Tried to cancel but app wouldnt let me said they were already preparing my order. Contacted corporate immediately but will never visit this location again

I noticed ANOTHER HAIR IN MY FOOD!! After eating half of my burger there was HAIR IN IT!!! Everytime i go to this mcdonald’s there is ALWAYS hair in my food and it’s disgusting and the burgers are cold and the buns taste like they’re stale!!!! On top of that the management is ridiculous they swear at customers and give us attitude constantly. They then complain that they want more than 15$ a hour when they can’t even have basic manors. There is constantly no pies and when there is pies they constantly look like they have been thrown around or stepped on and all smooshed. None of the food or sauces even taste fresh. The fries are ALWAYS COLD AND HARD AS A ROCK!!! There constantly rude and make me never want to eat at fast food restaurants again. I’ve personally seen them not wearing gloves making food. ITS DISGUSTING. THERE FOOD HAS MADE ME SICK MULTIPLE TIMES!!! The food is constantly stale and tastes disgusting. I spend my hard earned money to get sick off of there food!! This is beyond me. I don’t understand how people are okay with this. Its disgusting!!!

Why advertise that you’re going to be open 24hrs when that is not the case? Literally could have flyers that said “delivery hours” are 24/7. staff isn’t going to speak to you or give you correct information—just motion from inside that they aren’t open
