This is your average Mexican restaurant with all the usual items on the menu. The food itself is average the environment and atmosphere is very typical and the service is OK.
The Ixtapa burrito is as average and basic as you can get. We ordered it off the lunch menu. It’s just a basic white burrito with your choice of meat.
The enchilada and tostada are consistent and the same what you’d find in typical Mexican restaurant or even food cart. It’s decent not too bad, but not great.
The restaurant is clean. The bathroom bathrooms were clean.
The service was average enough check-in as you expect.

For a Mexican restaurant the food was ok at best, the service was good, meat portions were tiny, and it was way overpriced . A year ago they raised their prices to $25 per entree is too much. It seems they went for more dollars and half their customers went somewhere else. Good news is with no customers the service is fast. Although, $30 per person is too much money for low quality Mexican food. They need to lower their prices, improve quality and meat portions or I am afraid they will be pricing themselves out of town.

Food was awful, service was even worst. The one in Lebanon is much better, at least the wait person smiles at you, and food is plentiful and hot, Stayton restaurant not so much. Will never ever go back.

No sauce on my chicken enchilada at all! Dry and flavorless! The taco was soggy soggy soggy! My husband got the chimichanga meal and it was so small that it looked like a child’s portion. Again no flavor and so extremely soggy. We got our meal to go and got there when the food was coming out of the kitchen. We only live 5 minutes from there! Very disappointed!

One of the best seafood chimichangas I have ever eaten!!! I chose to sub the rice/beans for salad instead. I was so impressed at how big the servings were and the amazing taste of everything!! My husband got the Ixtapa Favorite and said that everything was super delicious!! Seated as soon as we walked in and our waitress was super sweet and knowledgeable. We will go back again!!

Consistent food dishes. Always arrives hot and well presented in a timely manner. Very good blended margaritas. Sometimes, the complimentary chips are not the freshest, and we skip the mild salsa and ask for the hot. Staff is always friendly and organized.
