I tried Macro Foods for the first time today & I was not disappointed at all! 10/10 recommend! I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about a microwaveable dinner but this tasted fresh, flavourful & yummy! I had the “SHRIMP ROSÉ” – looking forward to trying more!

Selling both fresh and frozen prepared meals that are perfectly portioned, good for you (and any dietary specifics you might have like vegan or diabetic), fairly priced, and TASTE GOOD.
Come on this is a winning combination. It’s not going to replace pizza night when you have company but it definitely gives you healthy options for everyday.

We had been looking for a solution for my mom who is an independent senior and was struggling to cook regularly for herself. Macro Foods has been a blessing!
The meals are delicious and healthy and there are great keto options which are so important for diabetics.
We look forward to picking out new meals each week and mom loves that there is no cooking or cleanup involved!

Went in to learn a little more about the business and try some meals. Jana helped me out, she was knowledgeable and friendly, helped me out a lot. The meals were much better than I was expecting, it’s good practice to reheat some in the oven instead of the microwave given was the microwave does to reheated food, which is fair. Overall would definitely recommend checking it out. We will be signing up for the subscription service in the near future most likely.

Lots of selection. Easy to buy, put in the freezer and take out what you need. I went in right before they were expecting a shipment to restock so the cooler shelves were about half stocked but there was still enough to choose from. A small selection of dry goods and condiments were available.
On the higher end of what I’d pay for pre-prepped meals. It’s certainly not the same cost if you prepped your own meals in advance but they are convenient.
