Ordered cheddar peppers and got sour cream peppers. When I called in I spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, but refused to give their name and stated that those are cheddar, they just might look different.
1. They certainly don’t taste cheddar unless they are spoiled and you’re giving me expired food.
2. They certainly taste like sour cream.
She continued to state that they don’t have sour cream peppers so there’s no way I got anything else. She was very rude and dismissive and to be fair if this is the type of employees you have managing your franchise I’m quite surprised you continue to have business, but frankly won’t be receiving any more of mine or anyone I know after I share this experience with everyone I know.

Please, do yourself a favor and go to the other one. Three times tonight they screwed up my burger. They offer a military discount and only give you one penny off. Which I hate complaining about but that seems kind of weird. And then they gave me two receipts with different prices on both of them.

And then to top it off they kept putting mustard on my burger and when I opened the app because I thought I was going crazy it’s called creamy mustard and they argued with me and no less than five times that it was not mustard it was some kind of sauce they put on the burger When on the app it clearly says creamy mustard.

Either of these people cannot read or at a bare minimum don’t know what’s going on the food that they’re selling people and they’re willing to argue about the difference between mustard and creamy mustard and try to make the customer feel dumb.

I love eating at sonic, I spend a lot of money there but the last like ten times I’ve been there their sweet tea looks like water. I’m from the south and I can tell that they are not brewing with enough bags or something but it tastes like sugar water. Doesn’t taste like tea and doesn’t look like tea. The one time I told them that it didn’t even look like I could drink it, they got an attitude with me and got me another one that looked the exact same. When I go to the other sonic, they actually make it right. I’ll probably just start going there from now on.

The service was good, but the location is a little shady and the food has gone a little downhill and limited. No more mint shakes, no chocolate chips add-ins, and they got rid of fry sauce and now have a different sauce. The burgers are alright. Shakes are delish though. A little expensive $52 for 3 meals but I guess that’s normal these days.

You would figure with locations in the valley…. This one would be the best. At least fastest and most accurate. Waiting longer in the drive-thru than I ever have in the pull-up areas and was more ignored than anything. Would have loved some acknowledgment as I sat as the window for 20 minutes. At least say please wait. And why does Sonic give you prepackaged cheese with the pretzel when they have hot and ready for dogs and fries!?!?

Was not impressed. Don’t order there chicken sandwich. I got the chicken sandwich and after my first bite I realized it was very dry and very thin piece of chicken. The chicken was 1/4″ thick. Tasted hard probably cause was overcooked since I doubt it’s meant to be so thin. The cheese sticks were good. I was very disappointed and could only eat one bit of the chicken sandwich.

This place is rediculas they charged me $1.20 for 2 cherries in 2 drinks and I didn’t even ask for extra cherries.I called and the manager was very rude. I will not be going back there. Don’t try and blame it on me because that is not my fault. Sucks to have bad service.

I rarely eat fast food anymore due the high prices. On 11-22-25. I ordered a chili cheese dog and it gave me some pretty bad food poisoning. I missed a days worth of work. Thanks sonic! I will NEVER go to any of your stores again.

9/6/25. During my recent visit to this Sonic, the male employee working was extremely rude. There was no line at all as we waited in the drive thru line for approx 5 min. Our order had several items, and even though we apologized for the complexity, he yelled at us, threatened to withhold our paid-for food, and demanded we leave before we received our order. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and makes customers feel disrespected and unwelcome, potentially risking claims of theft, discrimination, or harassment. Poor service like this not only ruins the experience but also damages trust in the business. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.
