From the moment he greeted us, he showed genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail that you honestly don’t expect at a fast-food restaurant but he delivers it like a 5-star experience every time.
Tyler made sure our order was correct, offered helpful suggestions, and did it all with a positive attitude and awesome mannerisms that make you feel appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to meet someone who takes this much pride in their work, and he truly stands out. Thank you, Tyler, for making every visit better than the last!

Idk what you have done differently lately, but its GREAT! Awhile back we had a bad experience at this location. BUT, we decided to come back and try again and I am glad we did. Customer service is wonderful and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve held off giving my review for the past year… each time I order it gets worse and worse… they charge 1.20 extra for shredded chicken but will use regular chicken instead. They won’t tell you they ran out unless you notice. I ask for black beans the give me pinto. Today will be last time going to this location… they don’t listen, they don’t care… just rediculous

Shoutout Tyler, working a drive-through window. Very professional and did a highly exceptional job at delivering a product. I’ve been to the same location before, And receive decent service no complaints. However, when you receive above and beyond service, like the one I received from Tyler, it’s Essential for me to go leavereview for it. Thank you for assisting me, I was able to retrieve my DoorDash orders as well. Placed an order for myself simultaneously.

Absolutely ghetto. My husband ordered Diablo macho fries at the speaker, I am sitting next to him. They give us regular fries in the back and we addressed the issue before pulling off. The lady says we did not say that and then another member comes to the window to say they need the fries back from the bag to make the bowl!!! WHAT? I have never heard of nothing like that. Then proceeded to say that they would need to charge us again. Half the fries fell into the bag.

Terrible night experience here. Had to wait inside for over 1 hour for my order of 4 items. Just don’t place your order because cancelling and getting refund is a hassle as well. What’s the point of closing at 2am if you can’t place an order at 12 and the staff are confrontational about it. Seems like a management problem but if you value your time just don’t come here.

1st they gave my food to the wrong person, they remade it fresh, but made my taco wrong. Then to top it all off the shift ladder tells her Drive through operator that they ate about to argue, this is very unprofessional.

Very slow service.was sitting in the drive through for 15m @2am. Decided to call The inside while waiting. And after I call, they sped up their service for 1car. I’m going to recommend that they need more employees for the night shift or close earlier.
