Food here was decent, not the best McDonald’s around, definitely not the worst though. No ice in the soda machine. That’s my only criticism. While we were there in October we got to see a Lil photo shoot for Halloween going on.

Ordering from here is a gamble. Some days you get the meal you order, and most days you wont. Blamed the grub hub driver who only picked up 1 order. This establishment exudes incompetence. 3 order wrong in 3 months. Im a glutton for punishment

6:23 pm 02/04/2025 I ordered my food. The girl at the speak seemed to have Attitude. We asked to please hmmake our food fresh and she took a along minute to reply than said okay. We get our food and to no one surprise the food was not made fresh. The burger looked dried out and it taste really bad. The bread taste like they been sitting out for days. The food here use to be so good but now it’s really sucks. If you eat here be very careful. May not be worth the money. Better off getting a whopper down the street. Until something changes I won’t be eating at this McDonald’s location again . 1 out of 10.

Even a 1 star is too generous for this location. The employees were extremely obnoxious and rude, ignoring a customer requesting for help at the window because they have gotten order messed up. Multiple employees saw us flagging for their attention and they continued to laugh and ignored us. The store manager and corporate will be notified of this tomorrow morning.

We ordered Uber Eats from this McDonald’s today, January 19th. We ordered the Jets pack, and did not receive our fries. I also tried to call the McDonald’s, and they didn’t answer. The bag had two stickers on it that said, “double checked for accuracy”. Missing two fries is half of the meal.

To McDonald’s Corporation,

It’s getting genuinely outrageous to watch what your company is doing with its pricing while the quality of your food and service continues to plummet. For decades you’ve represented affordability and convenience, but now you seem more focused on squeezing every last dollar out of customers than delivering anything resembling value. Charging $12–$15 for a Big Mac meal—made from ingredients that can’t possibly cost more than a handful of pocket change—is absurd, and frankly, insulting.

There is nothing healthy or exceptional about the food you serve, and the experience of buying it has only gotten worse. Your service has declined dramatically, your food quality has dropped, and yet your prices have tripled. How you justify this is beyond comprehension. The staffing quality certainly doesn’t account for it, especially considering that about one out of every five trips through the drive-thru results in missing items once customers get home. For the amount you charge, customers shouldn’t have to double-check their bags like they’re defusing a bomb.

It’s astonishingly inconsiderate—borderline selfish—for a corporation of your size and history to raise prices to levels that make your restaurants nearly unaffordable for families. You’ve built your entire brand around being accessible to everyone, yet now it costs close to $15 per person for a basic meal. How exactly is a family of four supposed to afford that, especially those living paycheck to paycheck? You’re making enormous profits while passing every burden onto the very people who made your company successful in the first place.

And if the skyrocketing prices weren’t enough, you’ve simultaneously shrunk the portion sizes. Do you think customers don’t notice? Because they absolutely do. Charging more while delivering less is a slap in the face to the public.

It’s long past time for McDonald’s to take a hard look at its priorities. Your pricing is out of control, your portions are shrinking, and your service is deteriorating. Customers deserve better than this constant corporate greed disguised as “menu adjustments.” You should be ashamed of the direction you’ve taken.

Sincerely,
Pissed off

I literally bought the food at Coram McDonald’s for the Monopoly pieces, and I did not get 1 piece at drive thru. I don’t know what they are doing with the Monopoly pieces, but it is certainly suspicious. I got a Big Mac, Large Fries, Large Drink and a 20 piece nugget. Which should have been 5 pieces. I went back and they gave me 4 pieces from the drink cups, but they said they don’t do the pieces for the Large fries. That’s a lie. There is a giant billboard at Drive thru showing it. This is also not the first time this happened, when I got hash browns in the morning they said they don’t put the Monopoly pieces on them, another lie. I get them at Middle Island McDonald’s, what a great place that is. I don’t really understand what happened. I am now wondering if this happened to anyone else.

How can McDonald’s be out of Big Macs? Twice now I waited on a very long drive thru line to find out they were out of Big Macs. That is unamerican!
