Celebrated my Birthday dinner as soon as We were seated WOW the presentation on the table was absolutely beautiful thank you that was very special. The customer service we had from the front door from the beginning to the end. The server was great even the manager came over to ask how our food was if he could get us anything the whole evening was wonderful You will love that place. Don’t wait!!

Our dinner there was three of us naturally we all ordered steaks you don’t go to Ruthcrest without ordering their steaks. I had a 11 ounce fillet medium rare. It was the best steak I ever had 100% fantastic. The chef they have there is amazing. I can’t say anymore. You just have to go and try it my compliments to the whole set up the Manager servers everything I thank you very much. I will be back .

We did this date night after my wife traveled for a little bit. It was so good and definitely worth the extra cost for the steakhouse. It was our first visit. The waiter we had was phenomenal and he has been doing it for 15 years. I definitely will go back but maybe not eat so much bread so I’m not so full for dessert, lol.

This location made my mother’s 50th birthday truly special. The restaurant went above and beyond by decorating the table with festive “Happy Birthday” glitter pieces and providing a thoughtful birthday card. To top it off, they surprised her with a cheesecake dessert and candle at the end of the evening.
Our server, Damien, was exceptional—always attentive, prompt, and ready with alternative options to accommodate our needs. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the Magical Dining menu, which offered a wonderful selection this year. It’s worth noting that side dishes are not included with the Magical Dining menu, and since the restaurant serves family-style portions, parties of five or more may want to order double sides to ensure everyone has enough. Guests may also order from the regular menu, though pricing may vary if combined with the Magical Dining menu.
Every dish was prepared to perfection, with the only exception being my partner’s NY strip, which was served well done instead of medium rare. Even so, it was delicious, and she finished every bite. The fresh bread, served throughout the evening, was another highlight.
As a local, I can confidently say this restaurant never disappoints. They continue to deliver outstanding experiences, and I look forward to returning to Ruth’s Chris again soon

Celebrated Valentine’s Day here this evening and it was wonderful! Our servers were great and personable. Food was fantastic – the goat cheese and artichoke dip in particular. My medium rare filet was leaning rare, but still great, and the creamed spinach could use a pinch of salt. Staff was great, nice ambiance, overall a nice evening.

Food was great, as we knew it would be. The service is why we would recommend this restaurant! Lori and Alex made the night fun and memorable. Also, I don’t know how that creamed spinach is that good but we are fans! Too expensive for a regular visit but definitely worth it for a special event or date night.

Date night for the husband and I. We don’t typically chose Ruth’s as our ‘go to’ nicer date night destination but it’s been a bit since we’ve eaten here and thought we’d change things up. Our reservations were for an early dinner and we arrived on time and seated immediately. I ordered a brown butter old fashioned that was smoked and I was a bit disappointed in the delivery as the server removed the top away from the table before he placed it in front of me. Food was decent but underwhelming. It was steak. Sides were good (Brussel sprouts for me mashed potatoes for him) but again good but nothing noteworthy. Dessert was individual cheesecake with berries that resembled those from Sam’s or Costco. Service was ok, staff seemed to talk more amongst themselves between tables than to engage with their patrons. Overall I was unimpressed and left slightly disappointed.

On the Friday evening before Valentine’s Day, a girlfriend and I stopped in for a quick drink before a movie, fully aware it would probably be one of the busiest nights for them. The restaurant was completely booked, including the bar area, yet within moments a manager named Andre approached us with warmth and professionalism. He personally checked on availability and assured us it would only be a short wait, and he delivered.
Once we were seated, Cristian our bartender took exceptional care of us. Our cocktails were so beautifully crafted, the appetizers were impeccable, and the level of attentiveness from the entire staff was truly remarkable. Even in the midst of a packed full house.
Hands down one of the best service and dining experiences we’ve had. Exceptional from start to finish! we’ll absolutely be back.

We had a perfectly delightful dinner here this week. It began with greetings from both our server and his assistant. Great list of cocktails and wines – I highly recommend the Blueberry Mojito – delicious. Salads were large with just the right amount of dressing. Entrees were perfectly prepared according to our requests. Do not miss the delicious side of sweet potato casserole – I would be happy just having a bowl of that! Finally, the chocolate “Sin” cake, was decadently sinful and worth whatever act of contrition becomes necessary. We enjoyed a nice visit from the manager and outstanding service throughout the meal. Damien, our server, was both professional and entertaining. We’re so glad to have this option close to home. We’ll be back frequently.

I’m not sure what’s going on in the restaurant industry but it’s like most places cannot cook or they are just hiring anybody to cook the food. It used to be exciting to eat out for me, now when I eat out I feel like I’m playing Russian roulette. I’m always thinking am I gonna spend almost $100 for food I’m going to regret? That’s exactly what happened tonight. I ordered a Caesar salad and the crab cakes and it was so average, actually below average. $70 down the drain. My little sister could’ve made better food. I don’t know what’s going on in the restaurant industry, but learn how to cook! At this point, I feel like I’m just donating money to places.
