I placed a to-go order about an hour in advance. My order was supposed to be ready by 12:15. I get to the store & don’t get my 2 salads until 12:45!! 30 minutes PAST my pick up time!! This is absolutely unacceptable, considering I placed them an hour in advance! On top of that, they didn’t put the main component on my 2 Ceasar salads the CHICKEN & CHEESE!? I should have gotten my 2 salads free after that! Terrible experience!

The food was good: fresh, warm, and exactly what you expect from Panera. My sandwich and soup combo hit the spot, but everything came out SO slow. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, a nice spot to relax for a bit. The only other downside was that the staff seemed a little unhappy or tired, which made the atmosphere feel a bit off. No one was rude, but it just lacked that welcoming energy you usually get at Panera. Still, the quality of the food and how smoothly everything ran made it an overall good experience. I’d come back again- hopefully next time it feels a little brighter.

I often order from here as the food is fairly fresh for quick foodand a good option when I’m stuck at the office. My meal usually arrives on time, although there has been an extraordinarily long delay twice, but I almost never receive my entire meal. Often I receive a straw but my drink is left behind. Other times sides or desserts have been forgotten. I worry customer service will think I am scamming them with how often I report missing items. This location needs to reassess its delivery preparation system to ensure all parts of the order are being picked up together.

I gave the atmosphere a high rating because the other customers in the place were pleasant and interesting to talk with. Service I gave a 2 because we order in and we sat for more than 30 minutes waiting for our food to be ready and it was $38. I could whip up everything other than bread, without a recipe with the crap in my pantry and it taste better and probably cost the same. So I guess I’m saying is when you’re paying for food, it’s not always the food that matters most, if the service is great, alright food would taste good. Mood matters, and service is key. Most of the time service is what people are paying for when they eat out.

Absolutely horrible. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I ordered an iced tea and a kids grilled cheese. When I got up to the window, the girl tried handing me a green drink claiming it was iced tea. When she came back with actual tea, there was no ice in it. Grilled cheese was cold and soggy like it had been sitting there for over an hour. I wish I could give your store 0 stars as this isn’t the first time your people have ruined my experience. Disappointing.

I wanted to order a value duet smokehouse BBQ chicken with creamy tomato soup, and because they ran out of creamy tomato soup the offer was no longer available and they are unable to substitute the soup for a different soup. On my mom’s value duet they refused to remove the lettuce and sauce from her Turkey & cheddar sandwich. It eas a very disappointing dining experience, I enjoy their food but the hassle is no longer worth it.

I really like Panera. My boyfriend ordered the bacon turkey bravo. This is a picture of his $12.99 sandwich. While eating one half he mentioned how there was almost nothing to it and so I opened the other half and was so surprised I took this photo. Looks like they forgot the turkey and one slice of bacon. I love Panera but we won’t be back. Not to mention the car line took an exorbitant amount of time to get through.

Normally Panera is pretty good and that’s why I spend the money on it. I got a rapid pick up order though and they gave me two bags of chips instead of the two baguettes I ordered with no explanation. Then I opened my sandwich and there’s no cheese and barely any meat. How you call this a bacon turkey bravo?? Super thin sandwich definitely not worth 8 dollars for HALF a sandwich …

Went in there this morning spent over 100 in just my order alone. While waiting in line I notice that the manager (Blanca) was being rude to her employee in front of customers. While wanting I walked over to manager to ask if she could serve us our soups while we wait and responded to us with her back turn in a rude tone.

This location is pitiful! It seems that every time I go here now, the service is slow and I’m always missing something. The crew needs to pay attention to detail. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken today w/ xtra feta & olives. I didn’t get either one. Never again! Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt, they screw up my order. Too much talking and walking away when someone’s order is done and ready. Done with this location!
