I’m very disappointed in this Wendy’s we go here quite often. After sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes, they had us pull up and wait even longer. They did not give us all of our drinks or our food. I ordered a chicken sandwich biggie bag, and got a burger. I ordered a sour cream and chive potato and with extra sour cream and got no sour cream. When we asked for our sour cream, I was told to wait in the line where the people in front of us had already been waiting for 10 minutes. Going through a drive-through not getting what you paid for and paying extra for items that you didn’t get and then expected to go inside and wait 20 more minutes Is absolutely ridiculous. Being heavily pregnant with a high risk pregnancy, going through the drive-through Is an absolute must especially when I have to take my two-year-old out of the car in order to go inside to get something that should’ve been given to me in the first place.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. We arrived by car and ordered. We pulled up to the window and waited for 10 minutes till they told up to move to the exit door. The car after us was told the same. Next they brought out cold food. There was no sauce for the chicken bits so I had to walk back in to the store and he said you didn’t tell me you wanted any dipping sauce and I didn’t ask you. While sitting at the window the car behind us rammed the back of my car. He too had to wait. I will never go back.

The staff went above and beyond to fix the machine so I could get the Rick drink I asked for, without me even asking them to! The food is good and it’s way cleaner than when I came in the last few times. So far it looks like the new management is doing a great job! The employees even seem happier and less stressed, which is big for me. I say give them a chance, you might be surprised.

We ordered chili, a salad, 2 burger meals, and loaded baked potatoes, asked for sour creams, butters and an extra dressing, and no onions on anything. And said extra cheese on our chili. We received extra, extra, extra onions and very little to no cheese, no sour cream or butter, no salad dressing, no napkins, and no straws. But, paid extra for it all!!!! My brother and nephew are very excited about the spoons from the show Wednesday to use on their frosties.

Ordered 2 salads with grilled chicken breast, with an extra dressing packets. And a lg. unsweetened. We were charged twice for the drink. And it wasn’t unsweetened. At the window we were told they were out of grilled chicken. We said crispy chicken was fine. I asked about double charge on drink. Yes we were charged but the refund took 2 employees 2 times to get us the correct change. We’re back to hotel and there is no dressing at all for the salads. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else. You had one job, just one get the order right. Oh don’t bother calling. You go right to voice-mail and its full.

We pulled up to the little box you speak into and noone talked to us for over 10 minutes so we pulled up to order at the window and waited another 10 minutes at least for them to open it and we told them we still needed to order.
We gave our order and paid and were asked to pull up to the door.
We sat at the door for over 20 MINUTES before finally going in and asking what was taking so long.
The guy filling the bags didn’t even know about our order.
He gave us 1/3rd of it and we had to ask for the rest of it
This was over 45 minutes of waiting for Nuggets, fries, and a bottled water.
I will probably NEVER come back to this location. I already have to drive 2 hours from where I live to get to town and run errands. Fast food, My A$$!!
We got here at 12 and it is now 12:50 as I drive away.
I am not one to complain normally, but this has absolutely blown my mind.
