It was lunch rush, and I walked in. It took just a couple minutes, my order was up and ready. Great service. The team seemed to work good together. Get some ice-cream too. Lots of treats at DQ.

We come to dairy Queen here in Texarkana when we’re visiting my wife’s family. It’s always good. Food is hot and fresh. The crew is focused on their work. It’s clean in here.
I had the Hungerbuster JR combo (fries and a medium drink) no onions add mayo/ extra mayo. Good amount of lettuce and tomatoes.
A bit of trivia that you probably didn’t know, Dairy Queen’s grill food items are different depending on which region of the country you are in. On the west coast the grill menu is different. Yes they had burgers fries and chicken items, but the burgers are very different.
Be careful coming in here when it’s been raining outside, the floor is very slippery for some reason. More so than you would expect. I seem to recall it is always that way here every other time we’ve been here over the years.

This will be my last visit to this particular DQ for one cashier did not do her job and ask if I wanted fresh or tots but I did let an employee know right after we ordered that I wanted tots not fries. Staff here is unfriendly and rude and seen like they are just trying to get through their shift to go home ill go out of my way to visit a different location next time. If the manager was here earlier in the day b it’s not as bad she needs to get her staff in check

Nick is an amazing employee the rest of the staff was okay but he stood out distinctly I could tell he cared about my order and wanted to get me right and he was very quick with his service!! 10 out of 10 this is definitely a Dairy Queen I’ll keep coming back to and if nick is working you know it will be a good experience!!! Man needs a raise!

Very clean and meticulously maintained. Friendly folks at the counter. Easy to get to off I30, but if you’re headed down 59 you have to go a little out of the way and make a u turn to get on 59.

I got a Reese’s blizzard and it taste like the candy or the ice cream is old. Had that old taste to it. Another thing I didn’t like is that the drive thru window is blocked you can’t see inside. I can’t tell if my card was copied or not. Took forever to get my card back. So many red flags at this DQ I’ll just go to the store and get a thing of ice cream next time.

The guy that made my banana split was very friendly and made a very nice banana split. I believe this is probably the best dessert for the price in Texarkana. Cold Stone is way too expensive for such a tiny amount. The banana split at Dairy Queen is under $5 after tax and you get a lot more ice cream than other places plus all the fruit and chocolate syrup. I would definitely recommend trying it at least once. I plan on going back myself.
