I went through the drive thru. I come to this McDonald’s because my food is normally hot and my order is perfect. Today the guy taking my order cut me off when I wasn’t done with my order so I had to stop him and let him know I wasn’t done. And no I wasn’t taking a long time I already knew my order and all he let me get in was the first part. Which was a number 7 and after that all I was adding was a double cheeseburger. Nothing big or complicated. Fine whatever. So I get home and this is what my double cheeseburger looked like. I should get paid for having to put my food together now. I’d say do better but I might be expecting to much from McDonald’s.

I love the hot fudge sundae but now I have to rethink that thought. Today unfortunately my hot fudge sundae tasted like a chemical of some sort. Could not eat the fudge at all. So safe to say McDonalds is no longer on my list for a hot fudge sundae.

We decided to use drive-thru. We waited a while to order and to get the food. I asked for a replacement of muffin for biscuit on all the deluxe breakfasts. Upon receipt of my order I asked again and I was told the muffins were replaced. Once I got to my destination, the muffins were not replaced, got no ketchup, no jams( thankfully I asked for jam). The eggs are looking weird. As other customer said, look into your order before you leave or go to another location.

For those of u wanting the collectible glasses….they are NOT GLASS. They’re PLASTIC and not worth the $12 we paid for a breakfast meal and collectible cup.

I stopped going to this McDonald’s even though it is around the corner from my house. They employ mainly young people who are rude and don’t seem to care for anything. I have gotten bad coffee, bad food messed up orders more than once despite the fact that I stopped by one day and spoke to the manager about it.
I used to go by there every morning on my way to work but after all the mishaps I decided that Starbucks is only an extra 3 blocks drive and, if I’m paying Mac’s over $ 3.00 for bad coffee I’d rather drive a little bit more and for only .45 extra cents I get delicious freshly made coffee. The last picture is how they serve their coffee, sometimes the lids are defective and they know it but still give it to you, and that’s why I got to work with coffee stains on my clothing many times thanks to their negligence.

Unfortunately service was bad, fries always cokd and half empty We love the fries nut so disappointed in the service they are not friendly people. They must be retrained.

This has to be the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I usually mobile order and they bring the food out to my car right as I’m pulling up. Don’t know how they do it but it’s much appreciated. Good service, and you really can’t beat the price or the speed.

I’m very disappointed with my order yesterday. I ordered the McCrispy Strips, and they were completely uncooked, hard, and rubbery. It was honestly inedible. I’ve always trusted McDonald’s for a quick, reliable meal, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope they take better care with food quality and preparation moving forward.
